We've been using Time4learning for over 10 years. Our kids love it, I love it, my wallet loves it. I would love to see them update some of the animation and voiceovers though. As far as screen time we reduce it daily by having them use workbooks to develop their writing skills. When it cames to evolution we simply skipped that unit. We incorporate our own faith based materials as well. It helps us in teaching all of our children especially one that is on the autism spectrum because we can go back a grade level for her. We have 8 more years of schooling left and we'll continue using it for the remainder of that time 🙂

We are 6 weeks into homeschooling and I'm already agreeing with you about the voiceovers. My daughter is so over the little guy that sounds like Danny DeVito LOL she's starting to lose interest quickly. She loved it the first two weeks and she's now extremely bored. I wish there was an option to change the settings of the voices and characters

I love Time 4 learning. Absolutely love it. I'm a Christian and I add my own Bible curriculum with.....The Bible. The Bible is our curriculum and I know Time 4 learning is secular and I love it. If you don't agree with something you can skip over it. Love it

I signed up for this ! I'm just trying to get organized since this is my first time home schooling but I can tell that this is going to be a great curriculum for my 6th grader ❤

My kids have been using Time4Learning and it is riddled with this one annoying problem so far: Overcomplication of assignments. But its just not them. Its even in-person homeschooling. It doesn't ease students into subjects well. And some of the assignments has problems that are overly complex, instead of keeping it simple to build a concrete foundation first before gradually stepping it up a notch. It seems like they are trying to build Tony Stark right out the box, because some of the problems at 2nd Grade level would be more appropriate for 7th Grade level. And in doing this, it's acting counter to the child's educational development, because it's sowing doubt in their ability to learn.

Thank you for your input. It is good to hear from others who are finding issues. I know that's very helpful for other homeschooling parents.

Would you recommend this program for parents who homeschool and work full time? I was also looking at Miacademy, not sure which one i should choose.

Is there something like this but Christian? Trying to find something with videos that don't break the bank

I haven't found something like Time4Learning that is fully Christian, definitely at this price point. But I keep looking. I do have Christian friends who use this and haven't had complaints with the content (maybe skipped a lesson or two).

My husband uses the Blackmagic Pocket Camera (he does other videography stuff so I reap the benefits).
