- I know I said I won't do a PvZ arrangement for a while because of Reeds and Seeds but this song is such a banger I had to arrange it this way.

I wanted to maintain the mysterious/eerie vibe of the song but as well as adding huge amount of GROOVE! This arrangement is heavily inspired by Snarky Puppy's "Shofukan". Especially the nod to it at the end. I am a HUGE Snarky Puppy fan and Shofukan is one of my favorite songs.
Now let's talk about that smooth synth solo. I am sooo happy I came up with that part and I hope it gives you major stank vibes as it did for me. The bassline on that part is inspired by Anderson .Paak's "Come Down". I really really love booty-movin' basslines, haha!
Lastly, the people in this arrangement. I really can't thank them enough. This arrangement won't be as good without them. Big shoutouts to Howi Dietz for absolutely SLAYING that sax solo, despite being tired from a gig. And to everyone, who agreed to do this despite the short timeframe I gave them. Why not?
Well I would argue in the first place that PvZ2 soundtracks aren't that iconic, I don't even remember any of it even though I played through most level, unlike PvZ where even after 4-5 years of not playing it I still remember, watery graves, The rooftop theme, a bit of Loon bloon and final boss theme.
Someone mentioned it other comment that PvZ2 soundtracks are more of ambients.
@@ashland6562 Most of the other PvZ2 songs are are not by Laura, and are still copyrighted by PopCap. So until PopCap decides to have the music allowed to be used in the public domain, Reeds and Seeds 2 is something we can’t have.
@@nicho.n1215 Childhood plays into 80% of nostalgia you feel. Chances are, you feel more from PvZ1 because you played it during your childhood(Or most of it). I do agree though, i love every song from PvZ1, the only song i like from PvZ2 is Ancient Egypt.

Reeds and seeds was so amazingly good (and has been stuck in the back of my head for the longest time), that I'm absolutely stoked for this! Even if there's never any other PvZ music.
