I am pleased to have their support and looking forward to making this series successful, as it's something that is missing and is an excellent way to learn.
Port flight with a desert course sounds amazing.
It's a delicious way to finish a good meal. Port is a beautiful thing and must get more love 🧡

Cheers, Tim. Port is heaven, and I suggest you stock some for the winter.
Whooohooo it’s back 🎉
Let's hope this time it will work. I am incredibly excited about the series. With enough support, I am sure we can make them successful 👍🏼
Thanks for the great information. I have recently picked up several bottles of port Taylor and Graham, some 10 and 20, as well and late bottled vintage (thanks to explain the difference between vintage and late bottle vintage). I may have missed it, or you will cover in the next video, how should one store open port (aged and late bottle vintage)?
I have not mentioned how to store it. I may do it in the next episode. However, always keep it out of the fridge. Only the white port goes in the fridge. Ensure it is in a dry and dark place closed properly, and you'll be fine.
