Before the Journey - a Cocktail with Aperitif personality

Before The Journey is a cocktail created with Aperitif's character in mind. When I first made this cocktail recipe in 2019, the idea was to be a pre-meal drink to open the appetite. It has all the characteristics to be called an Aperitif. Inspired by the Gin Martini template, the cocktail combines spice, bitter, sweet and herbal flavours.

- 45ml / 1.5oz N3 London Dry Gin
- 15ml / .5oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth
- 15ml / .5oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 10ml / .34 Acacia Honey Syrup
- 2 dashes of Teapot Bitters
- 4-5 drops Saline Solution
