- Meet the new Winter Apple Cocktail created for my friends from Master of Malt. It is a brand new cocktail recipe based on the delicious Remy Martin 1738 Cognac with hints of Apple, Apricot and a smooth, spicy finish thanks to the Ginger.
The Winter Apple is created with a festive season in mind and all year round, especially winter season cocktails. It brings a warm, fruity finish on the palate with a stone fruit bite and gentle heat on the back end. It is the perfect slow-sip cocktail or a nightcap to finish the night.

Where did you get the apples for garnish?
I am not sure where you are based, but I get mine from my supplier for the bar. This is the brand I use londongrocery.net/products/cherry-apples-stems-425g to give you an idea.
