Thank you buddy for demonstrating how easy it can be done will safe some money on this maintenance due. I have a 3.0 Lincoln aviator and it’s the same engine
You the man. You're definitely good people, for sure. And that's the reason people will drive from states away to have you work on their rides. Good people are hard to find. And good mechanics are even harder. You're heading places. Always glad to see people make it. Making dreams reality 💪🏼
One of the few things I’m not looking forward to doing on my ‘22. These engine bays are a complete mess 😂 Can’t wait for all of the upcoming videos! Also, loving my full LED kit from you. Easiest installation ever and they’re much brighter than OEM.
Thank you very much for the video. What mileage did you have when you changed them? Did you tighten the new ones by hand until they felt secure, or did you use a torque wrench to reach a specific torque recommended by the factory? Thank you!
@HoustonSpeedFreaks dang it. I wonder why. 🤔 things would sell like hot cakes. Well if he wants to go back to making and selling them I'm willing to pay good money for it and I'll be first in line haha. Thanks for the info though and looking forward to that Downpipes vid!
I am wondering the same thing. On my wife's 2015 BMW 550i it is recommended every 30k becomes it is a high performance engine. Well if we are pushing this 3.0l beyond stock. I'm going for the every 30k sparkplug change. Now on my 2018 Chrysler 300 with 800hp, I am changing them every year because she get rode hard at the track.
Looks like it would really be worth the effort to remove the strut tower brace. A couple of minutes to remove 4 bolts would free up some room to manipulate your arms and tools.
Thanks for the video! When first looking at the engine bay I was like how tf am I doing this lol. Turns out it’s a little easier than I thought
It’s not as bad as most people make it out to be😁

Who else’s heart melted when the baby came out as was like “hey!”👻
Brother, if there were a superhighway from Hawaii to California, I ABSOLUTELY would drive to have you work on my explorer!!!
That would be a wild long bridge lol
Lol me too but from Puerto Rico to at least Florida 😂😂😂

Thank you brother 😁💪 I’m working real hard on my dreams ❤️😁
I know you are. And I'll help in any way that I can.
@Str8BntST ❤️💪

So happy you’re loving them 😁 and honestly it’s a nightmare to look at but I still thing doing spark plugs on a hemi is worse 😂
Dude thaks for all the video. I use to work on my 21ST. Intercooler, pipes n exhaust, intake... what do u recommend now?
Recommend doing upper intake gaskets while changing them?
Thank you very much for the video.

Thank you!
Appreciate all your ST vids. Has helped me when installing intake, diff brace and CVF intercooler. Thanks again and looking forward to the next video!
So happy my videos are helpful that’s what I aim for when filming them 😁
Ecu cover is awsome. I know you said you dont know if he is still selling them but if possible could you let me know where to get them from?
I messaged him after making the video…he said he isn’t making them anymore unfortunately🥲

I already have the plugs from zfg but how long do they recommend before changing?

It depends on how hard you’re driving the car, many have had theirs for 45k miles or more with out issues
Do you know the torque spec for the spark plugs?
I’ve worked on cars for over 10 years and haven’t ever once torqued a spark plug honestly. Just tight then maybe an 1/8th of a turn more
Looks like it would really be worth the effort to remove the strut tower brace. A couple of minutes to remove 4 bolts would free up some room to manipulate your arms and tools.
Honestly the strut brace wasn’t really in the way , if anything it helped me to lean on it as I was reaching in the far back
I would say removing the cowl may give you more room for the rear 2, but a lot of folks don't want to go through the hassle of taking the wipers off.
Why don’t you just take the cowl off?
Dude when r u doing a downpipe video? 😂
Maybe never lol nah I have one I need to edit 😅
Changing out the Spark Plug is not that bad. Take about 1 hour.
Yes sir if I wasn’t filming it would have taken about an hour 😁
Nope, I'll pay someone every time, haha. I do a lot of things, but those plugs are a PITA
Not as bad as most make it out to be 😂
