- No, we aren't leaving Raptor, we're just adding another Ecoboost to the team!
We've wanted to jump into ST for years, but COBB didn't support it. Well that has all changed! It's finally here! A few weeks ago we bought an ST and have been doing VERY VERY intense testing!
What you all have become accustomed to in the Raptor world, we are going to bring to ST!
Consistent safe power, industry leading customer service, and the best user experience possible!
Stay tuned and don't forget to like and subscribe!

Just so you know.............my son-in-law is in trouble with my daughter now because of you messing with her ST and I'm going to have to wait until everything cools off with them before my wife hates me for screwing up her ST too. Thanks a lot. In advance.
😅😅 I’m sorry! I hope you guys are enjoying the extra power and smoother shifts
Why do they get mad it's fun and a great adrenaline rush 😂😂😂😂😂 can't wait for my new 2025 st
@@juliosusycastaneda8141he's not mad, it's the wife and daughter 😂
To bad the ST doesn't have some type of performance pages
I have a 2023 was considering other tuning but Cobb may be the best way to go
I’m here to help!
I really like the cobb device, I had it on my 2016 mustang Ecoboost., you can also change tunes on the fly with the cruise control. I just bought a 2024 Ranger Raptor will you be supporting these?
No on the fly changes, but we can switch maps in 1min.
Ahhh, no Ranger Raptor yet. Hopefully
Nice job explaining why you like the COBB and going through some of the details. Subbed.
Thank you!
AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!
Thank You for teaching us with your videos;
I didn't know where the Battery was located in the ST.
Thank you!!!!
Awesome video man super informative. What’s your wheel and tire setup? Looks great 👍🏼
Thank you!

Man I need to get my e50 tune for my 19 raptor from you.
Let’s do it!!
I have 93 Octane here in CT
Awesome! So you will make another 10 to 15 hp over our 91 numbers
I'm wondering since the Explorer ST shares the same engine and drivetrain as the Bronco Raptor, will Cobb support the BRaptor as well?
I hope so! The engine control module is different, so that falls into the same category as 23 Raptor when it comes to the unlock in in order to tune
When will it be available? I have @ 21 model ST have x pipe n valvetronic exhaust ,fen fab cold side, cvf intercooler,S&B intake, velossa big mouth snorkel . Would like an e50 tune. Will launch control be an option and tune select per. Drive mode ..?
It's out now! www.goosetuned.com/product-page/goosetuned-ford-explorer-st-20-23-stage-1-stage-2-tuning-package-cobb-tcm
Launch control is not available just yet. I'd imagine COBB doesn't take 4yrs to create it though, like the other guys did.
Thanks for the inspiration. I’m taking a 20 for test drive tomorrow and if all is good I’ll be bringing it home.
Quick question what size is your wheel and tire package? I love the fitment
Thank you!
They are 22x10.5
Michelin PS 305 35 22
I would need the 93 tune that's all I run
We can do that!
Does that COBB tuner have to be hooked up all the time? I'm currently running a 93 tune from Livernois Motorsport on my 2020 Explorer ST, and I think I'm getting 410 WHP /475WTQ. Do you think its worth switching over to the COBB platform for increased gains, over what I'm getting with Livernois?
Nope, it’s doesn’t need to be connected unless you are using it.
Oh nice!!
It’s completely up to you. They do great work as well!
@@goosetuned7343 Thank you for your response. Much appreciated!
@@DalHarpJr anytime!
I love my 23" now that we figured out what that annoying clunk was coming from the front end. It took two trips to the dealership and a loaner car, but I got it back and while they were removing the right front strut for replacement they noticed the upper bearing had separated. So they installed a new RF strut, upper bearing, strut mount, and did an alignment.
Reading through the invoice it says “Found SSM 52405 for front strut noise and vehicle falls within build date of SSM criteria" So Ford is aware of this issue somewhere along the line. I know a lot of folks are experiencing this same issue and no one seemed to have a solution I could find. Except that the dealerships were telling them it was normal. DON'T buy that crap if yours is making what sounds like a strut or ball joint noise from the front end!!
Interesting! My 23 clunks like crazy too!
God to know it’s documented!
@@goosetuned7343 Hopefully you can use the info to get it taken care of. After reading through some of the forums, I was to say the least not very optimistic, but it worked out.
@@cwsosby I hope it gets worked out. I can't stand it
Hey, just getting into your content. Have you messed with, or have any advice for us in Seattle who only have 92 octane?
If you already covered this, please link video, would love to watch!
Hey man! I've tuned over 100 people on 92oct out that way. That fuel makes pretty much the same numbers at 91/93. Within +/-5-10hp
What school did you go to for auto technology? Where did you learn to tune?
I learned on my own vehicles over many many many years
Did can you do a 2020 Ford Explorer Limited with the 4 banger awd
Not yet, maybe soon!
Cool. Let me install an AWD dyno in my garage real quick.
Lol
I’m running a 93 performance tune from zfg with catless down pipes and cvf intercooler. Any ball park range you think I should be at? When launch control and everything gets worked out I may give Cobb a chance. Those numbers already sound solid.
Nice man!
I don’t tune catless, so you’d have to get cats. Most high quality cats flow enough to not hinder performance at all.
Thank you for the kind words!
@@goosetuned7343 oh that sucks man I don’t wanna go back to high flow lol. I had CVF high cats and tbh they were dog shit. One failed within 2 months and they fought me like hell for a replacement even though they offer “lifetime warranty”
@@achilleastsitsidopoulos3167 SPD has been my choice for the ST. They have great cats. No codes, tunes great for power!
@@goosetuned7343 ya I wish I spent the extra 300$ on SPF first over CVF. Lessons to be learned when modding cars lol

@@goosetuned7343 That’s great, cause they look really good. Thanks for the info.

Where did you get the matte screen protector for the screen. Can’t find one.
OCD plug
There's a few available on Etsy right now. They're extremely well made, I have one of my '21
Dude I might just say f it and buy this without the wife’s consent ☠️☠️ I’ll just work some overtime for a while 😂
Hahahaha I won’t tell
If you don’t! 😅
WHAT. How much a year does your wife spend on nails and makeup. Everytime she gets a haircut/color its $250. Your safe buddy just buy it.
Is this applicable to vehicles sold in the middle east where 98 Octane is available as an option too?
Yes it is! www.goosetuned.com/product-page/goosetuned-ford-explorer-st-20-23-stage-1-stage-2-tuning-package-cobb-tcm

Dumb question.... can i tune without a new intercooler? Trying to figure what to do first or do i need to do together...
You sure can! www.goosetuned.com/product-page/goosetuned-ford-explorer-st-20-23-stage-1-stage-2-tuning-package-cobb-tcm
Can I just plug it into the car without the computer updating?
I don't have a Dyno either?
What kind of HP do it produce
That’s not a problem. The Accessport handles everything.
You’ll make the same power here in this video
Is this tune only numbers? No mods?
Yep!
Do you offer any “OTS tunes” of your own? Or are they all only “custom”?
My tuning is all custom
Does this void your warranty?
I made another video not long ago about the Accessport and tuning. I’d recommend watching that
Sorry, is this tune something you created?
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Did you watch the video?
That is my next step. St
Awesome!!
Can u tune a 2020 platinum explorer same as a st since there both 3.0 tt? Looking at a 2020 platinum
COBB may add support for the Platinum. At the moment, I dont support it.
Do you do custom tunes?
If so l, what is your info?
Yes. That’s what most of the video was about
Sales@goosetuned.com
How much more do you think you could have made if you were on 93oct?
Another 10-15hp or so
@@goosetuned7343exciting stuff. For now it’s a toss up between Goose and ZFG. I’ve never played with a AP before but I’m heavily leaning towards it. Especially with the amount of progress you’ve made in short time. Keep up the good work! Maybe soon I’ll jump on the Goose train🤙🏼
Thank you!! The Accessport is super awesome!@@Tactical_OG
Hey man, thinking about giving this tune a try - are you able to dial in additional tunes based on upgraded HPFP 60 and stage 3 NHP injectors? have you done any testing with upgraded turbos? those are my next step i'm installing mid march
CRP stage 5 turbo - SPD dp and the HPFP60/STAGE 3 go in MAR 21 - what do you think about an e85 tune?
Yo!
I have done testing on XDI components. I have not tested Nostrum parts.
Upgraded turbos are going on my car shortly for testing. I have done hundreds of other Ecoboost on bigger turbos though so I don’t see it being a problem.
@@goosetuned7343 i want to give it a try - may need some revisions obviously with the injectors - whats your thoughts on full e85 tune?
@@DudebBoganz it’ll need revisions for sure. I always revise.
I’m finished with my stock turbo e85 testing. It does well! Made 530whp!
@@goosetuned7343 - just the fuel pump upgrade? evo or HPFP? is the rest of truck stock?
Launch control?
Not at the moment
