The justice system in
Georgia is a disgrace.
His attitude tells you all that you need to know. He knows the truth and admitted it in those text messages. All the sudden in court he doesn't remember? 😂 take all these criminals to jail because all of them lied under oath.
I think he lied in the text messages and now knows that he can't continue the lie under oath. He strikes me as the kind of person who seeks attention by saying he knows more than he does and then gets into trouble when he's called on it.

The fact that the judge , as well as his wife, donated to Willis’s DA campaign , he should’ve never been the judge on this case. And it’s clearly obvious, Willis, Wade, and Bradley are lying. Hopefully the judge will rule on this case the right way. But I’m not holding my breath. 😞

you are incorrect, if you had watched the previous court session you would understand why she is prevented from asking certain questions and shes had to deal with witnesses lying. also, the objections were coaching, judge should have done more but hes paid by the state as well and they protect their own. im sure you saw the prosecutions (fani and co) letter claiming that geolocating using cell phone data is inaccruate? even though the prosecution (fani and co) itself has used exactly that to put black men in jail? i hope their lawyers are paying attention...

It is a good lesson for us to know our rights when we have to go to court most of the time about bullshit and get treated like we have committed such big crimes.. ordered to pay ridiculous amounts in court cost and offenses..I seriously doubt there will be any serious consequences for these people lying under oath.. the whole thing is political from the beginning and that's how it will end up..

I will admit to my perjury and re- phrase my false testimony in order to clear Mr. Bradley." But of course he has no integrity based on the fact that he is in an adulterous affair while still married. He sits there instead, allowing his friend to go through this hell on the witness stand.

When they (the right wing fachist's lawyers) brought out the fact that he had charges leveled against of sexual abuse, & said, was that not the reason you broke off your partenership? He was pissed that was brought too light. I was wondering what garbage they had dug up on him too make him out to be a lier. Because he reputed what those attorneys were trying to enter into evidence. He said, much of what was stated was missing the total message, and they cherry picked an answer and added it to a statement they said he made, when in fact he did not make that statement! That lady lawyer was not going to let that go because she knew it completely blew up their case against Fani Willis. Plus the fact, the day those attorneys took Ex-Mrs. WADE to the court house to have her court case unsealed so they can gain evidence against Wade &Willis, they must have paid her a pretty penny to lie about them. The day and time in the county court dockey that was stamped, is the exact day and time they filed the charges against Wade & Willis in this court room docket. They did not file it earlier or later because they were waiting to hear they were able too buy the goods. This will all come out in the trial if this Judge actually reads the Propher Fani Willis filed on Friday last week. Lets put it this way, N. WADES EX-wife is in serious trouble for doing the dirty work those lawyers paid her too lie under oath or on a Deposition.

A lawyer who cannot recall is either covering for himself or a client it’s that simple.
This is concerning that the prosecuting attorneys keep interrupting to coach this witness. There is no way he could have this bad of memory and be an attorney working on a case against a former president. If he just told the entire truth, it would be easier.
He doesn’t have that bad a memory. He is simply using the legal ploy of ‘not remembering’. Same as they would advise a client. There is no crime in not recalling… as long as that ‘fact’ cannot be disproved….

One thing is clear on here, don’t text, email or say anything to an attorney of any kind. Bradley should have known better. Speculation maybe fuelled by malice or jealousy, is best kept to yourself. Office gossip is not proof of anything.

I have watched a fair amount of the case. It sounds like Bradley got into a gossiping habit with Ms Merchant, maybe to make himself sound like the font of all knowledge on Wade and now he’s regretting it. Thats not unusual, malicious gossip happens all the time.

It hurts because you're expecting him to answer immediately. However, he is the one in the witness stand and you too would be thinking before you answer. The defense has the burden of proof. It's the US system.

It seems the judge knows the truth. Why does he want to see if the defense can come up with what he already knows? The trith is the truth no matter who knows it.
That's not how the system works in an adversarial system.
For this motion, the defense has the onus to prove their accusations on a balance of probabilities.
If the defense attorneys are too incompetent to prove their case to that standard, the judge must rule against them.
In the actual trial, the roles are reversed, and the state has a much higher evidentiary burden to prove their case, that of beyond a reasonable doubt. And if they can't, the judge must acquit.
You've nailed how the system is supposed to work. The defense always has the burden of proof.
Innocent until proven guilty. It's on the prosecution to prove this. This is not even a trial. It's an evidentiary hearing. Going after the truth. And the prosecution is blocking the truth to come out.

@Kaylee_94 not true, they have records showing trips made, fani and wade admittedthey were in a relationship, thats not the issue here. the issue is when did the relationship start. they have phone records showing approx 30 communications per day (phone and text) with cell phone locating data showing wade went to fanis home, particularly in the evenings/late night/ and leaving early morning. but clearly you knew that because you watched the hearing. and before you repeat the claim as fani did" cell phone data is innaccurate"... then why did fani use it to put black men in jail and why is the doj using it to put jan6ers in prison? its always the most ignorant and clueless who are so sure theyknow what theyre talking about.

As does citizen ex President 4 times indicted 91 felony counts oh and let’s not forget all 19 indicted all pleaded the 5th multiple times during their deposition and Mr Meadows 145 times plead the fifth Trump over a 100 plus in every deposition he’s given along with I don’t recall or recollect.
