The way the court allows the witnesses to act in Fulton county amazes me. The judge berates Ashley Merchant constantly but never the other side. So that tells you the good ole boy system is in full swing in Fulton county.

The witness appeared to be prepped to be evasive and was playing semantics with words. Should have been on and off the stand in a few minutes. Instead, it was like pulling teeth to get a simple answer.

I think I understand. Fulton County is required to keep and make records public as long as no-one ever asks to see them because that's just too much trouble. Fulton County even has a person hired full time to manage this process "among many other things" but he absolutely cannot give a straight answer or produce records.
