He was being fair. He reprimanded both sides when they weren't sticking to the pont at hand. The opposing attorneys were badgering the witnesses by repeated asking the same question hoping for a different answer. Why were they yelling at the witnesses? Both sides were getting annoyed....Willis and Wade at the ridiculously loaded questions that held no relevance and the opposing attorneys for not being about to trip up 2 very skilled attorneys who know Georgia law.

I hate this prosecutor. Several times she posed questions as statements of fact when she really has no knowledge of the information she's presenting. For example, "Isn't it true that you would go to Ms. Willis's house in South Fulton County." She is fishing for information but presenting it as a fact and as if she KNOWS for a fact that he's been to her home in S. Fulton County when he's never even set foot in the woman's home. I can't stand people like her.
