Butter Naan is a butter flavored flat bread and is one of the most delicious indian breads. Naan is usually made in tandoors. Here I made Naan on Tawa. This soft Butter Naan is very tasty and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:-
Maida / All purpose flour - 3 Cup
Wheat flour - 1 Cup
Butter - 1 to 2 Tbsp
Yeast - 1 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 5 to 6 Tsp
Kasuri Methi
Salt
Sun flower oil
Curd - 2 Tbsp
