Suggestions for the bin trips... Double or triple bag your Ikea bags, so you can pull one out when full and have the next ready to go.... also, grab a few "plush bags" on the way out the door so you have them when you are coming in the door. This will allow you to put the plush in the plush bag and not have to stop to get one OR sort later. Just a few ideas. Love your videos!!

You guys are awesome! Your information and guidance has really helped me. I don’t plan to make a living at this but the extra boost to my income is so much fun.
The storage unit option is so much better now that you guys have the booth too. Makes it easier to sell those bigger items. I'd suggest putting some of those amazon bins stuff (phone cases etc) in as some of your gumball machine prizes. Since they're technically free!
Unit Clearing Hint: leave a tote, with the lid on, in the center of the room and set the other bins/boxes on it one at a time to open and dig. It will save your knees. If you weren’t filming, I’d suggest a folding table like the one you found in the unit, but for filming, a table might be to tall.
Those first Vans you opened up, look to me like a Keith Haring print on them. I love his art works. He died in the late 80’s/early 90’s from AIDS. I have several of his tee shirts!! Great find you guys! 👍⭐️

I used to work at a storage facility in the very early 2000s. Before all of the tv shows and things made it popular. So the way it works is after the unit becomes delinquent they run the unit for auction in the local paper for 2 weeks and then auction it. If the unit sells for more than what is owed then the difference goes to the previous owner. Well back in those days out of 100 auctions maybe only 5 would actually have people show up to purchase. So i would end up cleaning out 100s of units a year. Speaking just from my expirence, 95% of these units have nothing but junk in them. The tv shows are heavily seeded with good items to make the show better. Not saying harry did this at all, just giving some incite to this side of reselling.
I think all the time and work they have to put to move the stuff out and deal with everything not worth it at all. The hype on TV and TH-cam have ruined everything. I see people counting stuff as money in the bank while in reality you have to put a lot of work & time to get that $10 item sold aside from dealing with weirdos on Ebay these days. The fact that $500 item on Amazon sells for $40 on eBay is just an indication of how desperate amateurs have ruined reselling by believing the hype of TH-camrs.

Skeleton keys are super sellable! I get $10 - 15 each depending on size and shape! People make necklaces out of them now too! nice score that was fun!
