What I have noticed a lot of people at their bins are super nice and always struck up a conversation. I mean it’s a lot better then some other creators experience at the bins I have seen.

You need some quarter round or molding along the floor where wall meets the floor to cover up the gap. As for buying the nearby house? If you need a place to invest your money in, nothing much better than a piece of real estate, but you will find buying better quality valued homes is better than being a buyer of "slum" properties, they create a renter with pride in their place more than someone who can't afford a nicer place that neglects the yard and as a result in your home being not cared for.
Yes, buy the house and rent it for more passive income or flip for profit and your TH-cam videos are like double and triple dipping for doing the same amount of work! Love this series and would like to see more. You guys are AMAZING!

I am sure you go there regularly to work and have been keeping an eye on things. Squatters are taking over every where so make sure you go often especially if you are not working on it. Squatters have more rights than the homeowners these days which is crazy. Florida's governor just signed a new bill, effective July 1st on this issue. If you enjoyed this house project you might consider another one. It has been fun to watch. 😊😊

My dad died 3 months ago (99 yo), and he always said he'd rather have diarrhea than a renter... but I figure it all depends on who you have renting and what you expect out of it.
It's amazing how some people present themselves and then how they really ARE.
If you get the next house and you're planning on renting, I hope you know WHO rents and HOW they live.
Always check the car...walk them out to say goodbye and CHECK THE CAR, that will tell you everything you need to know.
My uncle used to be a mechanic on Air Force One and he gave each of his brothers Carlton cigarettes, Matches, and brass coasters with the Presidential seal on them. My grandparents even got to go onto Air Force One and sit where the President sits. No a days there's no way but back in the late 70s life was different

I can’t imagine the opportunity to buy a house for $90,000- that’s insane! I think I paid that much for my first house back in 1987, here in the Portland, Oregon area. You should most definitely take advantage of that buy-in price & get it!

Popcorn ceiling is easy to remove if you spray it with water then use a large scraper and it falls off. Wear your mask 😊
Not so easy to remove if it has been painted over.

I had a kitchen ceiling like that. I screwed in a metal octagonal electric box to the board with 4 screws and then installed my kitchen lamp. I had a lamp that is gold color on top and you can pull the lamp by the bottom and raise or lower the light. It is so cool. Especially if youlower it to play games or cards.
Oh,after I put in the octagonal box, I got a putty knife and filled all around it.

Yes, you should buy it if you can get it for $75,000 because the owners or the family want it sold. Of course determine what it would cost to make it a home for your tenants, plus what the rent would be and if the numbers work, then go forward with house flip #2! That's how you work towards semi-passive income.
