I like 'em full and I like 'em cheap. This 10x10 delivers just that! It appears to be a handyman's locker, with lots of tools visible from the doorway, and maybe some antiques too. One thing is for sure... there are a ton of boxes and this one's got some potential. Let's dig in and see what we find in this edition of Locker Nuts.

I enjoy these mystery videos, it’s interesting to see the stuff people pay to store.
Sometimes the not so great lockers at least provide excitement to your viewers bc it's always interesting waiting to see the random stuff that's in each box and bag!
Jack, idk if there were any more kewpie figurines in that one box of wrapped glassware, usually people have sets of them and if they are marked " Rose O'Neil " or made in Germany or occupied Japan, they have a little value to them! 🙂 They would definitely be an auction item if they are the older ones! 🤞

You should have kept the vintage metal tool box. A little soap and water would have done it good. There is a decent market for them. They sure beat the plastic ones on the market today.

They can't all be amazing train lockers or rich lady clothing lockers, can they? Oh, well.
They don't have to be. Like the guys from Storage Wars... they did not make their money because they'd have an amazing find every now and then (and sure,some of that would be staged, but I can well believe they do hit the jackpot for real sometimes). They made money because - unlike the people who'll buy one locker on a lark - they are able to move the $5 quilts, $10 chairs and the $15 lamps in their store.

That art deco style clock with the Japanese lady portrait in a case looks fantastic. There are people who collect art deco items.

The whole box of stuff you have with the roulette set is vintage and worth money.
When you were going through the box with teapots in you picked up a little blue n white pot which looked very much like Delft, that can be 💵💵💵 depending on date stamp …..

Weeeeelllll...bet there are good things to come! In that box of tea pots there was a yellow "Ball" pitcher. If it's not a reproduction, it would be better for the vintage market. Check it out. Did see some glass pieces that might've had potential...I know you'll take a lil more time later 👍

When you found the carpet kicker, that iron you pulled out next was a seam iron for heating the glue strips when joining two seams of carpet together.
My dad installed carpets as nd called it a "knee kicker".
You have a knee kicker and a power stretcher
And it’s worth about $200

You didn't get hurt on this unit. Easily made your money back. My only complaint is I waited and watched through the whole video waiting on the "TOOLS" and was disappointed that you didn't open any of the tool boxes.
The other tool you going with the carpet stretcher is a seam tale heating tool. When you have to put sections together.
That beautiful pink depression glass bowl will make you some money at your auction. Great price. Great video

My mom had one of those lil hot dog pins from her graduation in 1935
you opened the tin with the cigarette butts and I may as well have had smell o vision, I just smelled it like a very bad old memory.
Same lol I quit in April and the smell is stomach churning now..(and I can taste the chemicals in processed foods now too.)

Very interesting locker: a lot of trash but many great items. A lot of work but you will make money. I enjoy these types of lockers. Good video.
You should have metal scrap garbage cans at home for copper, brass and aluminum. It all adds up.

Cool top is a Seam iron for carpet and the stretcher is a carpet kicker , used them for33 years .

You had some depression glass and other antiques in one box. You have to be careful with the glass things that you don't know what they are. Just because you don't know what they are someone else does!

I did a little research, this locker was from a man called Thomas Daniel Mulhern, he passed away in 2014 at the age of 89.
I dig your effort, but he is my age, and he didn’t pass away. I don’t remember the name since it’s been a year or so.

Jack!!! Wedge afolded up peice of cardboard behind the dial of the light switch, it will slow down the movement and you won't have to stop to reset as oten.

I would check on the 100.00 bill.the old ones don't have the face.
They sell the pens to check for counterfeit bills at Walmart and even dollar stores
it was a reproduction. Too much ink got through the paper. if that ink stamp were on a genuine bill, 95% of the ink would've stayed on 1 side of the bill.

With winter coming, there is a need for lap blankets and Shaws. My group has been knitting and crocheting like mad in preparation for this season. There are numerous local nursing facilities.
We need yarn! Our resources in our area have been depleted. We have run out. Any yarn you come across I'd like first dibs. Name your price, I see a potial for giving your channel lots of credit and subscribers. A lot of the residents do not have phones. But their relatives do and we are labeling our gifts with little tags stating crafters and our groups name. A channel name can also be added.

We don't know the story behind this unit, but there's always the possibility that Grandma put her stuff here when she was forced to downsize. Then one day grandma was no more, and the grandchildren had moved to Seattle years ago and didn't even know this place existed. So, the unit sat there untouched until the management sold it off. In truth, a lot of what's here DOES look like grandma stuff. Don't throw anything out. Keep the best of it. The rest goes to your booth at the flea market. There's always someone who'll pay $5 for a sad clown painting that you didn't want.
I go to flea markets regularly. I always wondered where they get their stuff. Now I know.
