I'm happy, that this documentary gave you a feeling of what they are and what to expect of their other songs. That was my intention to suggest it. You will sure get more informations than you can handle in a short time. I'm also glad you mentionend especially the part their arents had in their development, but little do you know. They not just inspired and encouraged them (without pushing), but also they (same as the girls mentionend) did a 180 and turned their own lifes into completely supporting their children. They gave up their own jobs and are now an important part of the team around them. Luis works as their co-manager (together with Rudy Joffroy) and Moni is helping the girls with their lyrics and supporting them while touring. Luis was a civil-engineer and Moni a dentist, but they sacricied that to help their chldren fulfill their dreams.

Learning the backstory on these young ladies gives you the secret ingredient that sets them apart from other bands. They are extremely kind and humble off stage and engage with their fans like no band I’ve seen before.
    The Warning,
    Great Band,

Their writing is the big difference between them and other bands. They write songs with layers of meaning. In fact, they often make their songs to be open to some level of interpretation because they have said music is a personal experience that no two people can experience in exactly the same way. They enjoy reading comments from their fans about their songs and what they mean to that fan.

Hey Addie, I discovered The Warning a little over three years ago. Not a day goes by without listening to them. Eternally gate full that they have come into my life. Grew up watching and listening to all the great rock bands of the 70's and 80's so rock has been over for me the last 30 years if not longer. Then along comes The Warning, truly a breath of fresh air. And now I'm getting back into rock. Thank you, The Warning.

Hi Addie, thanks for checking out more of these sisters music. I didn't know who they were either until a year ago, but they really touch people with their genuine personalities and their great talent. I think this will be a big year for them and many more will soon be fans. It will be great to see you get to know their work.

These ladies just grab hold of you so quickly. Amazing talent as writers, musicians and performers. And then you dig a little bit deeper and begin to understand what kind of humans they really are. The kind of people that you wish everyone would aspire to be. At that point, you can't help it, you're hooked. The addiction is real and you're happy for it. I enjoyed your reactions to my favorite band. Peace! 🤘

Watup Addie?! Nice reaction getting to know them as people and discovering their journey. I can tell you they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their songwriting and arrangements are amazing as well as their musicianship and attention to detail when performing LIVE (I've seen them 7 times). You can pick any of their songs. They are all bangers!

If your serious about helping them in India, I highly suggest learning all you can about them. This interview was great, but honestly, its a tip of a tip of a tip of an iceberg. A great way to do that without watching all the videos, is to join their Patreon, which has so much information, and the private Discord with more info archived, and live interactions with the bands super fans down to the newly Warned. Even the lowest tier gives access to this extremely valuable treasure trove of a database. TWA is an amazing & vast community that spans the globe, and I have never seen a more loyal fan base for an up & coming band, such as them. Almost every single well established super group they have been around, has taken these girls in like family, and treat them as such. They just have that character about them, that you want to take in like a beloved family member. With TW, you honestly get what you put in. 🤘❤‍🔥🤘

Hey Addie, I’m a 71 yo big fan of The Warning! I’ve been following them since 2012 before they were The Warning; it’s been an absolute pleasure watching them grow, they’re now more or less a world class band. A few weeks ago they opened for Muse in 4 gigs in Mexico, 2 of which were in Mexico City, I’ve been luck enough to be able to see one of the ones in Mexico City on a live video made by one of TWA of decent quality, I just wish I could have been there! Luckily for me they are coming to the UK later this year and god willing I shall be going to see them!
If you’re interested in a few really great bands to look up Nightwish, Epica, Unleash the Archers, Jinjer, Spiritbox are a good start, there’s enough viewing to keep you busy for the rest of this year!
Good luck with your channel, I’ve subscribed.

the Warning army knows VoB well, but not in the best way😬, but not because the girls (actually both bands have a similar charisma and the six are so lovely), but because there is a kinda fight between both fandoms, both fandom tends to be very die hard and also the VoB one tends to highlight so much the band's achievements, so, when TW reached the ears of some group of people of the VoB fandom, comparative biased videos began to appear, Videos that showed TW in sound checks or something, recorded with a cell phone while they showed another of VoB in a professional studio session or a well recorded live video, or videos saying VoB was more relevant and showing photos with famous people and then showing just a few TW photos to make them look less relevant, so you could imagine that TW died hard fandom didn't take it very well, right? So, since then there has been this fight. Just clarifying I am a fan of both and I don't agree with the fight, it is only a small warning, in case one day you notice this fight.

    • @Nxort

I'm not a VOB fan. Not because I think VOB are bad, they just make a kind of music that I'm not particularly into.
And I precisely believe that there is no comparison between the two bands, since the only thing they have in common, musically speaking, is that they are 3 members.
I have never understood why in every video of The Warning there are people talking about VOB.
I don't know if the opposite also happens, but it seems rude to me.
I don't think that appearing in a video and saying "if you like this band, check out this one that's better", is a good way to get attention for the band you want to recommend.

Being a man, who loves it when the women's community comes out with rock and metal bands, that's the only reason why I promote VOB, Lovebites, and definitely The Warning!! I do the same for any female artists from India as well if you have seen my Indian playlist !! Nothing against anyone to be honest !!
Thanks to all of you or else I would have been in an ignorant world not knowing what's happening amongst the fans !! Thank you !! :)

Hi Addie! Now that you have a bit of their back story and this interview, their music will have even more of an impact on you. Their original music is SO good, it will blow you away the more you get deeper into it. Most bands have a few good songs and the rest are OK. But,The Warning literally has NO bad songs. I do not say that lightly. I am 56 years old and a rocker since birth that grew up on the rock of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. These sisters are a throwback to the golden age of rock, with a familiar, yet fresh sound!
Also, Addie, I am very familiar with VOB and they are great musicians. I came across them a few years ago and was very impressed with their musicianship and they had a couple good songs. However, at that point, the singing was... I'll just say, not put it nicely, not great. Now, they are sounding much better and I hope they have a great future!
And, this spring I will hopefully be going to a music festival and see The Warning, AND two other bands I have discovered, Band-Maid from Japan and a band I hope you are familiar with from India, Bloodywood. If you are not familiar with Bloodywood or Band-Maid, do yourself a favor and give them both a listen! Thanks, Addie!

      Hi Sir,
Couldn't thank you enough for this lovely detailed comment. Wow !!
You are 56 and probably you have seen and experienced more rock than us for sure. I already made couple of Warning videos and I am already blown away by their performance. I will upload the videos soon.
I am glad that you already know about VOB and yes they are still developing. When it comes to Bloodywood, I love their song Yaad personally. I have made few reaction videos for Bloodywood as well last year. You can check them out if you want to.
But you are straight on point when you say that their music will have an impact on me because it already did.

    Great reaction!
I’m sure you’ll enjoy all of their songs but if you’re more into metal (as I saw in the title) the ones I recommend would be Queen OfThe Murder Scene, Dull Knives, EVOLVE, Sinister Smiles.
Warning! (No pun intended) They’re NOT a Metal band! They are a Rock band or even a Hard Rock band, but they have lots of influences like punk , metal , prog, grunge, pop, etc.
Another video I’d like to suggest is the one called “Never stop dreaming “

Metallica asked The Warning, Alessia Cara, and several other bands to do a cover of Enter Sandman for their Blacklist album, commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Black album. 53 artists were asked to take those iconic songs and do whatever they wanted with them. Alessia had no idea what to do but because she shares the same management group as The Warning, she contacted them for help. It was difficult to do as Alessia was in Canada and The Warning were in Mexico and travel with COVID was not happening. They made it work and developed the song and recorded it in one week! they created the music video with the same logistical restrictions. Because of that you will see that Alessia appears as a projection on the wall in the video as she was not there. It was recorded in an abandoned textile mill outside of Monterey, Mexico: th-cam.com/video/9tKQgesCcTc/w-d-xo.html Alessia and The Warning were the only ones with “the balls” to completely reimagine this iconic classic into the creepy and demented lullaby it was originally written to be- not just another cover.
This is just the basics about the band- there is sooo much more to learn about these incredible ladies of rock!
As The Warning Army says- You’ve Been Warned!

    • @Nxort
      @Nxort ปีที่แล้ว +2
