I think one reason TWA is loyal is because, deep down, we know we're witnessing something very, very special that does not repeat itself very often. The Warning has written and performed nearly 50 songs of amazing quality... Who else does that?! When we tell new listeners, "The Warning doesn't know how to write a bad song", we meant it! Add to that the sheer power and adrenaline with which they do EVERY performance, and the absolute joy that they bring their fans... Who else does that? Add to that the fact that they are 3 sisters from a loving supporting family, with a loving supporting and loyal team, and they bring something very refreshing to Rock and Metal, which is a pure enjoyment of music devoid of external personalities and drama which usually follows rock stars. They’re musical prodigies! Try their YT channel, they’ve got older EPs and LPs that they recorded when they were children, and you could already see they were rock stars! I love them all, but the whole album XIst Century Blood, the album Queen of the Murder Scene (which is a brutal masterpiece!) and their latest album Error. Pick any song and you will be surprised at the amazing diversity of their musical output. And get ready to see one of the greatest drummers in the world (Pau) also singing lead in the most heartfelt songs in all three albums, plus single Narcisista. Please enjoy and spread the word!
At the time of that show Dany was 22, Pau 20 and Ale 17. I had the privilege to be at that concert and it was one of the best concerts I’ve attended in my life (52 years and counting). Soon enough more videos will be made public from this show. In the meantime there are many to choose from. Pick anyone, you can’t go wrong. The don’t have a bad song in their entire catalog. However, I do recommend their live performances. The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to TH-cam for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA. They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. This was recorded live in June 2019 at Foro Didi in Monterrey Mx (their hometown) - th-cam.com/video/O7IAEhN4RMM/w-d-xo.html The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, TH-cam and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever! So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on TH-cam and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star. On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021. In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song... A 3 piece band where all of them are singer/songwriters, they all sing lead though the bassist will only do that if her sister has a cold or something that she needs to rest her voice and they all play keys as well. Most of their songs begin with the drummer and a piano but they are all very involved in the writing process, both the instrumentation and the lyrics.
Great 1st time reaction to The Warning Addie! The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards. Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards. Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing. Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage. After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020. They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track! The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock. Both parents are professionals (civil engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico. They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old. Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC. When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 23, 21 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs. I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 2 more times during the 6 shows I attended on their recent North American MAYDAY Tour. Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans. The 3 talented and wonderful girls will perform at various festivals this 2023 and will perform for the first time in Europe, it will be in Germany, Nürnberg: ROCK IM PARK on Sat - 3 - June and at ROCK AM RING on Sun - 4 - June. There is too much talent, virtuosity, beauty, charisma, power, creativity, the desire to be, kindness, support, inspiration, synergy, etc. All of it in a small 3 piece pack (apparently only 3) which is very small... but with nuclear content!! And if this were a commodity, and it could be done, I would buy all the possible stock shares of the brand on the stock market. I would do the best business, with the greatest projection and that will give me the best dividends. It's a super safe bet!! TW have a huge list of songs of the best musical and artistic level, complete and rounded, both in their lyrics and in their instrumentation. In addition, they are 3 women who are each one of the best as human beings and have the impetus to "devour" the world. You put this combination of pure talent and energy on stage and you get The Warning... An unmissable bet!! That's how I reacted when I first heard them at Summerfest in 2022. In the three days I attended, I'm sure I saw 50 bands (the festival drew over 800), including some really big names, but these ladies stole the show. I was literally speechless at how good their music and their performance were. They just hours ago dropped the live version of their reimagined version of Enter Sandman at the same concert. Coda, Miguel Mateos, soda stereo, la Torre, Alejandra Guzman, ...and some other bands that were more pop, but still great...there were 3 girls called flans. A big one has been maná, they began as green hat, playing police style reggaeish sounds, including a cover of Roxanne and they used to play led Zeppelin's rock and roll. There was this very talented girl, Gaby Martinez, she had an all girl band named blush, kinda like the go go's, she had a rocker side to her, but she went to the pop side, she played the drums, sang, played the keyboards, guitar, she was awesome. The warning, I just discovered recently and they got records and videos from when they were kids. One album is a concept album, amazing for such young artists. This song is my favorite quality video and sound live, they got a few more from this concert but haven't released them to non Patreons. They’re musical prodigies! Try their YT channel, they’ve got older EPs and LPs that they recorded when they were children, and you could already see they were rock stars! I love them all, but the whole album XIst Century Blood, the album Queen of the Murder Scene (which is a brutal masterpiece!) and their latest album Error. Pick any song and you will be surprised at the amazing diversity of their musical output. And get ready to see one of the greatest drummers in the world (Pau) also singing lead in the most heartfelt songs in all three albums, plus single Narcisista. Please enjoy and spread the word!

At the time of that show Dany was 22, Pau 20 and Ale 17. I had the privilege to be at that concert and it was one of the best concerts I’ve attended in my life (52 years and counting). Soon enough more videos will be made public from this show. In the meantime there are many to choose from. Pick anyone, you can’t go wrong. The don’t have a bad song in their entire catalog. However, I do recommend their live performances. If you want to see the drummer take on lead vocals try Dust to Dust live at Lunario CDMX or if you want another banger try Evolve from MTV We Speak Music.
The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band.
They had been uploading their musical journey to TH-cam for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA.
They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues.
In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, TH-cam and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever!
So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City.This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on TH-cam and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star.
On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021.
In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song...

On October 8th, 2021, The Warning released six songs that were recorded for the new album on an EP titled Mayday with the remaining 6 songs to be released at a later date.
Starting on the 18th of Feburary 2022 The Warning started out on their previously twice cancelled North American Mayday Tour. Their forst show was on Saltillo Mx followed by a short set openning for Mammoth WVH in Las Vegas, NV and another short set opening for Sammy Hagar in Austin Tx at the SXSW Festival. A 3 piece band where all of them are singer/songwriters, they all sing lead though the bassist will only do that if her sister has a cold or something that she needs to rest her voice and they all play keys as well. Most of their songs begin with the drummer and a piano but they are all very involved in the writing process, both the instrumentation and the lyrics.

The Villarreal Velez sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards.
Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing.
Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage.
After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020.
They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY" October 8th, 2021. The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track!
The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock.
Both parents are professionals (civil engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico.
They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old.
Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC.
When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 23, 21 and 18 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs.
I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them 2 more times during the 6 shows I attended on their recent North American MAYDAY Tour.
Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans.

This concert from last year in Mexico City was their best and most important yet! They toured already with Halestorm (Lzzy Hale is a dear friend of them!), Three Days Grace, recently with their idols Muse, opened for Foo Fighters, Guns’n’Roses… I support them on Patreon for 3 years now, their development is amazing! Para música pop de México, te recomiendo escuchar a Moenia y Belanova. Son algo distinto pero definitivamente valen la pena.
Si quieres algo más rockero, te recomiendo a Ruido Rosa; que también es una banda de chicas con varios años de trayectoria, y que recientemente leí que una integrante de Band Maid las recomendó.
Para algo de rock de los 90's, te recomiendo Zurdok, que fue una gran banda que influyó en muchas otras bandas de la actualidad (Paulina, la baterista de The Warning, tiene un playlist con música de uno de los fundadores de Zurdok) 🤘😎

I see TWA is already giving the usual great back stories and songs to enjoy next; I'd recommend picking a handful of the songs listed below and then consider looking more into their amazing story. The Warning is prolific on social media and their journey is out there for all to find and enjoy.
The 3 talented and wonderful girls will perform at various festivals this 2023 and will perform for the first time in Europe, it will be in Germany, Nürnberg: ROCK IM PARK on Sat - 3 - June and at ROCK AM RING on Sun - 4 - June.
There is too much talent, virtuosity, beauty, charisma, power, creativity, the desire to be, kindness, support, inspiration, synergy, etc.
All of it in a small 3 piece pack (apparently only 3) which is very small... but with nuclear content!!
And if this were a commodity, and it could be done,
I would buy all the possible stock shares of the brand on the stock market.
I would do the best business, with the greatest projection and that will give me the best dividends.

That's how I reacted when I first heard them at Summerfest in 2022. In the three days I attended, I'm sure I saw 50 bands (the festival drew over 800), including some really big names, but these ladies stole the show. I was literally speechless at how good their music and their performance were. They just hours ago dropped the live version of their reimagined version of Enter Sandman at the same concert. Coda, Miguel Mateos, soda stereo, la Torre, Alejandra Guzman, ...and some other bands that were more pop, but still great...there were 3 girls called flans. A big one has been maná, they began as green hat, playing police style reggaeish sounds, including a cover of Roxanne and they used to play led Zeppelin's rock and roll. There was this very talented girl, Gaby Martinez, she had an all girl band named blush, kinda like the go go's, she had a rocker side to her, but she went to the pop side, she played the drums, sang, played the keyboards, guitar, she was awesome.
The warning, I just discovered recently and they got records and videos from when they were kids. One album is a concept album, amazing for such young artists.
