I didn't do this workout live, but did it a few hours later. This is the first step aerobics/Cardio kickboxing interval workout I've done. It wasn't easy but I managed to do 95% (which I take as a win). Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I'm a Jersey girl and was fist pumping along with you. Thanks for making hard exercises fun.
Step and kickboxing is my favorite combo! I absolutely loved this workout. I have noticed an increase in my stamina since I've been doing strength training with Chris. My cardio workouts have also become so much more effective. Having that extra energy, makes them even more fun. Following Chris' program is not just helping me get healthy but it's giving me extra energy to play with my toddler. I don't even care about the number on the scale because what matters is being healthy and able to enjoy life better. Thank you for the awesome workouts Chris!
I couldn’t do this life on Monday, but incorporated it today with the leg exercise. This was by far my top five favorite workout. I love the mix of cardio, kickboxing and step. Thank you for all your routines and creativity. ❤

Yeah, my 2 favorite formats! 6:35 if your legs aren't awake from Monday morning, you weren't there!😅 17:00 lol😅 that first kick, I knew I did it correctly when my hip popped louder than the music! 37:00 draw back of having a homemade step that the only height is 2 risers. I had to go to the floor 1/2 way through the 2nd step segment. Good news, I didn't quit!❤ 43:30 OMG, my jewelry is sweating! 🥵 Great killer class, thank you Chris!

Having done basic step last week i could follow the moves this week - and you know I love kick boxing so it's as if this was made for me 😂 .. this is as with your other workouts so fun and energetic - 350 cals burnt and achy legs. Will be trying the 80s step soon plus the 80s dance ... Thank you. You make exercising fun.
Catching up on some workouts from earlier in the week. Loved the music and the energy in thus one. Also got some use out of some piloxing gloves I bought a few years ago for a class, then only used maybe 7 or 8 times.
Great workout. Loved the slower pace. I did step like 4 days a week in the 90s and it was at this pace. If you wanted more of a workout you could keep your arms up or add a hop or add a little jump. At 65 I’m back to step but not the fast step or the beginners slow step. This one is perfect. I wish I could manually slow the fast step routines down Thanks so much for this routine. ❤
Finally got to do this workout this morning. Just like I thought that it was indeed right up my alley,🎉 love this format! Sweating like a cat😂 I have cats no dogs. Lol. I used to be a Jersey girl I'm going up this this weekend🎉
