It has been many years since I’ve done this. I come from Cathy Smith days. It’s been a while since I’ve whipped myself over a step, but I find that I have picked it up quite quickly.

for me this ticked all the boxes - a clever fun workout which totally enables you to work at your own pace and really push it if you can. The variety means that the time flies by. Thank you so very much for bringing us these workouts. (Im still playing catch up this week but lovin' every minute 👍)
