I love them so much I got me two and a third on the way! For me they just check every box, robust blade check, good steel check, good cutter check, comfortable grip check, overbuilt check, quality product check, American made check and check! They are also great to work with and if you have any issues they'll fix it no muss no fuss. It also doesn't hurt they are some of the most beautiful knives out there and will almost always get compliments on their engravings and anodizing.
I just got my full size Spartan Harsey a few days ago. The blade is centered and locks up solid. I thought they were made in Alabama, but it my be North Carolina. I think the Benchmade crooked river is a clip point blade.

One of my all time favs. I prefer my Harsey over my Sebenza 31. 👍🏻
