Hello Beauties!
Welcome to my vlog as I take you on an exciting journey from Nice airport on the French Riviera to the picturesque Cotswolds. Join me and my husband as we embark on a delightful mini-break in Chipping Naughton, a stunning village surrounded by natural beauty.
Our adventure begins with a visit to Park Fair, a boutique shopping festival that happens once a year. Get ready to be mesmerized by the fabulous brands that grace this event. I was fortunate to receive a PR invite and attended a delightful Creatots lunch, where I had the pleasure of meeting some fab people & pets!
Next on our itinerary was a trip to the renowned Diddly Squat Farm Shop, a special request from Ryan. Despite the long queues, we met some lovely people and enjoyed a memorable experience at this charming farm shop.
Our last stop takes us to Daylesford, an enchanting destination offering a beautiful shopping experience. Indulge your senses as we explore the exquisite shop and garden center. We also took a break for a delicious lunch amidst the serene surroundings.

Good morning, 🌞🌄 happy you and rye had a weekend away. Such shops to browse! I was impressed with all of the lovely patio umbrellas with fringe. They were all over the place! Did like Ryan's new fleece jacket. Most unusual. I am guessing that the children may have stayed with Holly. Trust Sugar to find a spot under the bed. Reading labels is an education in what they sneak into things that might look good. Glad you had a time away. Thanks for taking us along. I'm going now to sweep all of the pedals that fall from all the hanging baskets on my veranda. The fuchsias are exquisite. It actually rained a couple of times yesterday. It is so dry. I did like the cream Dior earrings. When is your Nan's 90th birthday? 🎂. Indeed those were pretty amazing looking cakes. Your new dresses were lovely, as usual! I can hardly wait to make Portage Saint-Germain a French pea-soup I usually make with fresh Garden peas. I will say I do and wish you a wonderful week. Probably see you Sunday.❤❤❤❤

Luton is my closest airport & Cotswolds about an hour’s drive west. If you don’t like the sound of beef or pork gelatine, M&S sweets always seem to contain them (I know, I’m 65, what the heck am I even thinking about, looking at them?!) ps I loved that pink & white striped parasol in Daylesford, all the pretty fabrics in the first place & your floral summer dress with light/white background (also the pretty white top :)

I live in Spain but fly into Luton airport every 3 months to see the grandkids and always stock up at M&S in the airport. Really miss M&S 😂😂

olive, coconut, avocado and palm oils are actually allowed on the AIP diet. The main concern with palm oil is if it is sustainably sourced.

We got to go to the Cotwolds in March Fern. Had the best time. Same places as you, Daylesford, Diddly Squat, a fantastic meal in a pub in Chipping Norton , Bourton on the Water and many other places. We loved it and it was Josie who got us to go there! So much so, we're going back just before Christmas to do some shopping. Absolutely loved it there and seeing you there too has made it even more special xx

I live in Spain and I’m a frequent flyer using only cabin luggage. Can I ask how you managed to take all your cosmetics etc in a makeup bag and not a little plastic bag that security make you use? Oh and I love M & S when I’m in the UK!! 😍
My experience is that the little plastic bag is what you may carry onto the plane. You may pack whatever you want in your checked suitcase.

Hi Julie, you’re right it was a cabin case! My make up bag went in Ryan’s backpack and we put all items in plastic bags at security. Luckily everything was 100ml or under! 😅

I disagree about the other oils you mentioned as some of them are extremely healthy, perhaps superfoods. Take grape-seed oil - it’s been well studied for its anti inflammatory properties.
