I LOVE Unleashed's aesthetics and animations compared to Generations. More life, more energy, more story, it's just soo perfect IMO. It's day stages are also the best in the series in my opinion.
Gaming Sensei I agree with you for the most part, but unleashed's control scheme and some other small things is what keeps is from being better than gens imo. It's why I like the unleashed project so much, it's the awesome levels of unleashed with the controls of gens.

This Sonic mod looks awesome! I played both Sonic Forces and Mania, I enjoy both. Oddly enough, I grew up with 3D sonic games so I like 3D Sonic games, but I enjoyed Mania, it has more care and polish. Sad that Forces was so short, I really liked the game. I wonder when is the next Sonic game? In the meantime, I'm hoping Freedom Planet 2 has a Switch port, it reminds me of Sonic Rush/Advance gameplay (never played either, just saw gameplay, it looks like fun and challenging). My first Sonic game was Colors on Wii, after it's Sonic Unleashed. I played Generations on my 3DS. I beat both Forces and Mania on my Switch. :)
Hey, Cobi! I've been playing a lot of Forces lately, and I discovered how to get the secrets in the Avatar's second stage: When you use the grapple wire on a wide path, you can actually control how far out you character goes with the Left Stick(I have the Xbox One version)
Great video dude I think you should try the motion blur and see if it looks good or not, because it could possibly come out looking too over the top disorienting. But great video man.

Personally, I liked the Unleashed Sonic stages, they were longer, had more interesting set pieces imo, and the physics just worked for me. I also felt the control was generally better, minus the homing attack being mapped as A+X.

NickTrix well, in my eyes, probably just because Unleashed was the game that introduced me to Sonic, Unleashed’s plot was a million times best than Generation’s.
I’d probably go with generations. I just like the graphics and the level design and it’s great to see the past stages reimagined and also the remixes of the stage music

I like Generations style more, it has better Drift control but I also love how Unleashed’s style is more faster since you can upgrade Sonic’s Speed.
