some of them sound almost EXACTLY like Dimash! I am blown away. while yes, his seemingly impossible breath support sets him apart from everyone.....these people are still super talented and have worked VERY hard and deserve credit. I'm just amazed!! especially the kids!

Guy is fucking overkill. Nothing is more stupid than going higher than an already high note for the sake of it. What does that whistle 7th octave note bring to the song? Nothing.
Im not going to lie alot of them sounded awesome but none of them come close to the power..precision..and seamless transition of Dimash...Dimash is on another level..Dimash is starting a movement to expand human vocals..He just set a new bar..One day someone will achieve + surpass..It aways works that way👍

I wonder when someone will surpass Michael Jackson with Dancing and overall stage performance. I'm still waiting for it, and I want someone to do it. Then a lot of people covered this song until Gregory Lemarchal who sang it during the Tv Show « Star Academy » in 2004 (The french equivalent of American Idol) and this song became REALLY famous at that time. Then Dimash covered this song and this song became more and more famous but the song was already really famous before Dimash covered it.

Ok,this was really,really hard to listen to. I did like Mario. That boy has a bright future ahead of him with his talent. Dimash set the standard for SOS. The other performers did try, most failed miserably. I do appreciate their efforts and bravery for putting themselves out there.
oh absolutely!! it's refreshing to hear this sung by other people though. a couple of them sounded very similar to Diko. one of them being a little kid. that blew me away!! it really shows how he can still access parts of his voice that he could when he was a kid! crazy!! I was expecting all of these to be bad. all of these people are super talented, and that last one hit 8th register whistle notes! not many people can do that.

I've only liked a few but I highly doubt any of them can do it in front of an audience like this, especially in Piet's case, caleb has very good mix voice and can actually sing but in Piet's case I've never seen him sing live like that, I think he uses autotones a lot. I'm sure he can sing whistle notes, I'm not saying he can't, but the way they sound makes me doubt it, if you have a link to a video of him singing like that, I'd love to see it. These skills come from a lot of practice and take even longer to perfect. I liked Giulia too.

When I hear French people sing it, I realise that our dear Dimash's phrasing is not very good. By now it is ingrained though, so there will forever be his version vs the other versions.
Each has a spot that they hit well, but none of them come close to the beauty of Dimash's voice at every note of the song. Many of them sound shrill and make me cringe a bit. Good efforts though, but Dimash has been singing this song and working on it for years.

Everyone made a very good effort and did very well. Unfortunately Piet Arion's version has a great deal of computer and synthesizer effects added especially to his high notes which is why, unlike Dimash, he can't sing like this "live."

I know about music production concept I’ve been doing it for 35 years and there is no way there is no software with this kind of song it’s impossible to make it sound professional if you don’t have a great singer listen to the others they do not sound professional still have studios I know most of them

After all this song is about someone who doesn't feel good in his skin, his life, and think he never had his place on Earth. I really enjoy this. All of them are simply GREAT on their own colorful dynamics! Breath control, Dimash is on another level, that goes without saying.
some of them sound almost EXACTLY like Dimash! I am blown away. while yes, his seemingly impossible breath support sets him apart from everyone.....these people are still super talented and have worked VERY hard and deserve credit. I'm just amazed!! especially the kids!

I've only liked a few but I highly doubt any of them can do it in front of an audience like this, especially in Piet's case, caleb has very good mix voice and can actually sing but in Piet's case I've never seen him sing live like that, I think he uses autotones a lot. I'm sure he can sing whistle notes, I'm not saying he can't, but the way they sound makes me doubt it, if you have a link to a video of him singing like that, I'd love to see it. These skills come from a lot of practice and take even longer to perfect. I liked Giulia too.

Everyone made a very good effort and did very well. Unfortunately Piet Arion's version has a great deal of computer and synthesizer effects added especially to his high notes which is why, unlike Dimash, he can't sing like this "live."
It is a pity that he has all this post recording work done. He has 2 or 3 'raw' videos on his channel and he sings pretty well.
You wrong you cannot use the computer to do this kind of sounds or to help you to sing this kind of song otherwise everyone will sound good because everybody have a computer today I hope he’ll hear you and come out and sing it live,,,, and I know what you’re talking about when you say computer it’s a software like ProTools and bunch of plugging effect not just a computer by itself

I know about music production concept I’ve been doing it for 35 years and there is no way there is no software with this kind of song it’s impossible to make it sound professional if you don’t have a great singer listen to the others they do not sound professional still have studios I know most of them

Dimash is an amazing singer but I don’t think he grasped the message of the music.
After all this song is about someone who doesn't feel good in his skin, his life, and think he never had his place on Earth. I feel like he justed wanted to show off is vocal ability and impress (which is contradictory to the lyrics of the song). For me he interprets it perfectly but he doesn’t embody.
I can’t comparing him to other singers, but I had heard singers singing this song with more emotions. I grew up with this music as I child and it describes a big parts of my life. But still this is only my humble opinion.
