Well, if the voice is trained well enough, or if you’re just lucky when you start singing, being all of those isn’t necessarily hard. I was lucky enough to have a 4 octave range when I started singing (F2-F6) it really is all about having the right voice for it.

Music is not just about range. It's how you use that range, and being able to give it meaning in a song, to sing it live, not to mention in 2 hour concerts. Hitting a certain sound doesn't necessarily mean singing it (like Dimash sings his D8, slide up plus vibrato)
Also, doing this in a studio or in the comfort of your home is not the same as doing it in a concert. He takes crazy risks as it is. Who knows what other things he can do in private.
And then there's the emotion, the performance, the arrangements, the originality, the meanings behind the songs, his personality which is reflected in his art.
He's truly amazing.
