You are absolutely right, i am his fan from dubai and i attended his concert this year in coca cola arena dubai and i saw people from all around the world came for him, not some teen crazy fans who dont know what music is, but mature and professional people who understand music well, and they seemed like people who came from abroad to attend dimash's concert, that was so impressive.
It was rather funny when Dimash sing on masked singer because his timbre and accents was very recognizable. He did try sing low but it still obvious him
As I remember, in The Masked Show, as soon as he came on the stage and didn't even start singing, he was immediately recognized by the Chinese fans and the audience started screaming "Di Ma Xi". So he didn't even try to change his voice.
Yep, he was pretty easy to identify recognized by his height, build and gait. In this case, Dimash didn't stand a chance in front of the Chinese audience, where his fans were also sitting 😊

It will take 20-30 years and a new generation of watching a new vocalist’s video with high notes will say (affirm) that he sounds like Dimash or sang almost like Dimash. There are some that don't like him, but are respectful about it and behave normally. And it's ok, we all have preferences.
But I don't understand how could someone hate him. He's not just a phenomenal artist, but he's such a great person too.

He can not only reach the highest & lowest octives in addition to All between,but he does so with silky smooth transition,grace & chrystal clarity. He comfortably sits in whatever note he wants. In several languages,he is able to caress with a whisper & transport one through dimensions,peaking to a strong & powerful crescendo reaching unheard octives. The way he can instantly & intentionally drop off feels like he's lifted our souls from the lowest of depths then reaches up & out,expanding higher & higher bursting through all boundries,releasing & sending us rocketing through the galaxies twords infinity & never misses doing so with ease. The hairs stand all over my body,I get goose bumps & My entire being vibrates. He touches hearts & souls & I'm confident his gift has the ability to heal.
I believe he IS the MOST versatile,accomplished singer/ performing artist that has ever existed to date. AND he has done so @ such a young age. I'm of the understanding that not only does he practice long & hard,but is also quite an athlete (& I think owns his own fashon line)

Dimash has a bad PR team (there is no label for promotion, this is the desire of Dimash himself (a free bird)). She doesn't work at all. In Kazakhstan, all this is outlandish how the Western music market works. Do not forget Kazakhstan was previously part of the USSR (a socialist country, and capitalism did not smell there)
