How many miles was in your car ? First time transmisión oil chance mile?
Does the Kia come from the factory with full synthetic oil? What is the recommended milage for the first break in oil change? What mileage is recommended after the first oil change?
Kia Recommends full synthetic oil for all there cars. I try to change my oil every 6-7k but you can change it at 10k miles.

Can you make the interval 10k instead of 6k if youre using full synthetic? Even if u use their filter
I think you could but I don’t like to make sure car has good oil and change it earlier. You could always ask the dealer and see what they say

Nice, however the manual states 5W-30 only.....
and everywhere i look it states 5w20.. even on some kia dealership website
Dealer used 5W30.

Yes the washer is on the box when you buy it from Kia

When you take of the bolt and washer you get a new washer to replace it.
Where did you get a new washer? Does it come with the filter or do you buy it separately

Call your local AutoZone see if they accept it

@@artysgarage I think some ppl get confused with the GT-Line cause some like yours have the GT2 package w/ the GT-line. My old 2020 GT-Line didn't come with a GT2 package so it was kinda meh lol but just got a 2023 GT w/GT2 package and wow! Big difference. Thanks for the video!

My dealer used 5W30. What is up with that?
From what i know the Gt's use 5W30
OEM Kia filters cost $13 now? I still have my receipt when I bought 3 for $7 each in 2021. 😂

Does the filter come with a new crush washer or is it separate?
No it doesn’t but you can get it from the dealer or wherever you buy the filter
