i’m 21 and married with one baby and i really struggle every single day. My dream is to have a big family, cook from scratch, garden etc but it feels almost impossible to even imagine. But you inspire me. Your home radiates love and unity. I would love to hear you talk more about motherhood and the journey, what you’ve learned.
IT is getting easier in some ways, with more Kids.
And the Routine.
Just step by step.
Going from 0 to 1 child is a huge learning curve and change. I had the same sentiments as you with just one. Now, having two children I actually do MORE homemaking and food from scratch and somehow it is easier. Give yourself a lot of grace and know that you’ll go through seasons of being able to do more or sometimes less and that’s fine. As the previous commenter said, step by step. God bless you!
Find some female (or male) friends to help you get adult conversations. I thought I would go insane during my maternity leave. There is only so much talking you can do to your baby who does not respond.
Pick one thing you would like to accomplish in a week. Focus on that. If it takes two weeks because your baby is fussy, okay. Life is pretty fluid. Once you have accomplished that task, pick a new one. Slowly but surely, you will become the person you want to be.
@@kimberlylois4855 thank you sweetheart may God bless you too and all mamas trying our best❤️ i hope i will have the same experience 🙏🏻
@@catherinecarney2507 thank you for the advice🙏🏻🥰
I am wondering how in the world you find the time to edit all your videos into a 30 minute one for us?!! Really, how do you do it all? I love your day in the life videos. It shows what a wonderful mom you are and what a loving family is all about. It's inspirational. Enjoy your popcorn tonight.
Thank you! My husband watches the children in the evenings and I do my editing and voicing then.
Right! I could watch her videos for hours
I’ve never seen a jar opener like that! I’ve always used a butter knife!
Agreed.💯
(Bonus Bible and God mentions in this one that warms my heart too)
@@faithfletcher8740 Its from Forjars I think she has it linked on here. I use a butterknife too but it looks like a handy gadget. Anna In Ohio
As a parent, there's always that moment of awe when you realize that you must look up to gaze into your now- teen child's eyes.❤
I love how you refer to Gabriel's "little nose" and he is taller than you! They are always our babies.
I love your views, it doesn’t kill a kid to have a cup of coffee n it’s so true it’s a memory that they’ll share with their kids. Kinda sad that you have to say that your boy did eat more then what was before him because someone out there is going to say something negative. You have a great week looking forward to the next video!
Agree with all you said😊
You are definately a busy lady and you have done fantastic job raising your children. They polite, do what they are supposed to do and help even when they are not expected to and vollunteer when you ask for vollunteers. You find time for one on one time. You are unbelievebable. I wouldnt think twice to vote for you as mother of the year without hesitation.❤😊😅
Your DITL videos are some of my favorite. 🥰 Your youngest and mine are about a month apart, so it’s nice to see someone getting all the things done with a baby still firmly on hip!
Awe...Sarah, you're puppy is adorable. She seems so gentle.
I just loved this. Thanks!
I love the window in your kitchen!
Love the puppy's name and the reference to Dr. Who!
How you get everything done is amazing. The older children helping you is a great way for them to learn responsibility. Thank you for sharing
Love watching your children interact, and oh my, what a beautiful puppy!
My favorite type of video from you! Thanks!!
That is a FULL day! God bless you. You are such a good mama.
Love the school day great ideas for learning thank you ❤
Great video. I look forward to it every Sunday. Thank you so much for sharing. The kids are all growing so much. Hugs
Love seeing you and your lovely family. You are such a wonderful Mom. ❤️🙏🏻Val C
What a great day!!
Aww Sarah Jane with the kiddos ❤❤❤❤❤
I'm glad you fit in some rest breaks, even short ones are good.
I loved this long video! Relaxing and inspiring! I want to be a homesteading mom so bad, it’s my dream!
Your organization is absolutely amazing!!
Playing twister for preschool is genius!
You are one busy lady. Your children are great helpers.
Love these kind of Videos. Thanks Jessica & your family ❤
Thank you for sharing, it gives me a lot of motivation and inspires me to have a better structure at home. Thank you!
Jessica, you are an inspiration to bring family "Down Home." Best.
I would love to watch a video about the second half of your day! I find your videos so relaxing and cozy
Enjoyed the day in your life, thank you for sharing.
I love watching you Jessica! You are beyond blessed! I was able to stay at home with mine until he started school, then I worked outside the home.
This is the best way to get ready to start a new week Thank you
I love that cabinet with the jars in it
You certainly have a busy, but well organized, daily routine. Loved seeing this unfold.
Your videos guide me on how to be patient and in the moment with my children. Thank you.
Thank you very interesting love the way you do the home schooling.
I love that you love being with your children. I, too, loved each stage my children were in. When you take time to really listen, it is a joy.
The peace of God be with your beautiful family as always Jessica. I look forward to Sunday for church and Three Ricera’ 😂❤ Terri Colarusso
Wow! excellent and inspirational. Thank you
Thank you so much for your channel! I really enjoy your vlog , especially this day in your life. You have an amazing family. Have a blessed week.😊
Wow! What a great routine! This gave me so many good ideas. Thank you for sharing! 😊
Good evening my dear friend, I absolutely love these videos, it's evident that there is so much love in your home!! I am looking forward to next weeks video and the other half of your day! Have a blessed week!
The little guy n the striped shirt danceing while playing bingo is so cute! My stepmom started us on board games when I was 6 on the wkends b4 her&dad got married, then when they got married n my 11th year we did board games every night! She died at 100 this year and I miss her! She liked doing puzzles after the younger kidos went 2 bed and I got 2 place 4 or 5 b4 I went up 2 the girls room!!
I’m a retired elementary teacher and always used games in my classroom. I love your videos!
Thank you for sharing. Blessings
You are so welcome
As always, a wonderful video. Hope you all have a great week. Can't wait for the next video. 😊
You are a wise lady! 😊❤🙏
Thank you for sharing this video, it brought back a lot of great memories. I have 5 grown children and I used to home school them. I loved that I had time with them and it sounds like our schedules were pretty close, as I’m sure a lot of home schooling families would. God bless you all, have a great week.
I love how you give attention to all ages…such a great way to homeschool ❤
I love seeing you especially with your children and babies. And i feel the same way about my husband going off to work each day. I am so thankful for him doing it and glad i don't have to!
Kudos for teaching your big kids to be self sufficient! ❤
Wow. So impressed!!
What a beautiful family and life you have. Thank you for sharing with us.
Loved the video! Your new pup is adorable and lucky to be in your family! Thank you for the inspiration and peek into your day.
You are so welcome!
This wholesome content is sent from God to legit warm hearts. I love my cup of coffee and time with you on Sundays
I like the blue dress you had on making granola. Very flattering but also looks easy/comfy to wear.
Thank you for another video; with all that you do each day, I appreciate your effort to produce another video. I like to see your organization of the home. You have to be a manager to get the children well fed, lessons taught, laundry done and so forth; hence, you can give love and attention to all of the children. I am very glad that you have a clothes drier!!! Warm dry, soft clothes are another blessing. I love to dry laundry on the clothesline, but soft towels from the drier feel so nice. Lee
I love all your videos but my most favorite videos is your cooking where you cook your 3 meals a day 😊 much ❤️ from North Carolina
Jessica you are amazing. How blessed your children are to have a mother whose joy is her home and family. ❤️
I love watching your day
I look forward every week to Sundays to see your latest video.
Thank you.
You are such an inspiration. You get more done in a morning than I usually get done in an entire day (in my lazy defense, my husband and I are retired and we have just one high-school aged son at home who goes to the local Catholic high school so it's just the 2 of us home all day).
I really love your day in the life video’s. Looking forward to the next one. Greetings from the Netherlands.
The puppy is awesome. I can just imaging having a whole litter crawling all over. 😀😀😀❤❤❤
We had 7 pups with Harry's litter and they were a handful (and ate A LOT)!
Lovely, just lovely.
An amazing life you have given your children.
I like to look out our back window as I wash dishes! I look at our woods...and maybe see the deer that live in the woods!
I was so looking forward to this weeks video ❤ I was reloading TH-cam several times last hour to see if it had come up (no pressure, just me saying I was excited 😂❤). 😊
Thanks for sharing 😊
Love and blessings from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴
I agree about teens. We homeschooled our 4 boys and their teen years were the best. Watching them springboard into adults was wonderful.
What did you do for homeschooling your teen boys?
I so adore you and your beautiful family! Warms my heart! Completely different from my world! My mother continually asks “what does Jessica say or do”? Soooo….. I recently was so fortunate to get an Harvest Right freeze dryer. Please, if you would, share a tutorial throughout this next garden season! Hugs
You are the greatest mom Jessica. Your children are so blessed and I'm sure they know it. I love your life. I've been able to stay home. I did not home school but if I could do it over I would now. Ty for sharing your lives with you. Your family is amazing as you know.
What fun for you to share a morning and mid day routine with us. So great to see the children, and I notice how much each of them has grown. The Teens look all grown, and the three little boys so precious. Your baby is already walking? Yes indeed, a special treat for your subscribers today. Thank you.😊
You have such a beautiful family. Thankyou for sharing and making a great video.
I love seeing your family interact together. Family is such a blessing! We also had split pea soup this week. I’ve made it a many times and it’s always great. However, this time it was bitter. Have you ever experienced this? I am looking forward to the second half of your day. I would love to know what time your teens go to bed. I’m struggling to figure out the correct amount of sleep mine needs. It’s can also be a challenge with evening activities to settle down at a good time. I always come away from your videos encouraged, so thank you!
Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤❤!!!
I would love a video on all your homeschool games!
Thank you for a glimpse of your day as a stay home mom. And also the great testimony of a Christian woman. Salt and light. I pray that the Lord bless you and your wonderful family with health, unity and peace.
Thank you
What an amazing family you have. I love how everyone works together as one to help where needed. Also the bond the kids are building with each other is so precious. I can see the huge benefits of homeschooling vs sending them off to have others educate them. Maybe many years ago outside education was a good choice but nowadays it’s so much different. Teachers are teaching kids things that I as a parent would never approve of and the bullying and violence is unbelievable. I have seen young adults who can’t even put a sentence together and yet they are continuously getting promoted to the next level. Great job to you all ❤
Good morning Jessica. Spring gardening is going strong here in south Alabama. Potatoes, spring peas, onions & garlic are all sending up shoots. Raised herb beds have been been refreshed. Something I didn't know was that if we only cut the head of cabbage out & leave the outer leaves and the roots in the ground they will grow new heads. We are on the 3rd harvest on them. The heads are getting smaller so this may be our last crop before replanting. But, the real news is that we are still going strong with the pantry challenge. Having a well stocked pantry & freezer is a necessity for us.
Thank you for another informative and interesting video!! Your food looks amazing!!
Thanks for watching!
Jessica, I agree that us mama's have it better than our husband's, such a blessing to be able to stay home with the growing family ❤
Your puppy is the size of my dog!! 🐕 ❤ What a beautiful breed! As always, enjoying your beautiful family in these wonderful videos!! May you continue to be blessed!
Thank you so much!
Good Morning, Jessica! As an older mom who’s beyond the home school years, it’s so nice to see all the children enjoying their time together and with you. They grow up so quickly and then you wonder, where did time go. Have a Blessed week!
Thank you! You too!
You and your family are an incredible blessing, Jessica! I always leave your videos feeling inspired and encouraged! You are my absolute favorite channel!
I know you’ve gotten most (or perhaps all?) your head coverings from Garlands of Grace. I was curious what width you typically get? I’m new to head covering and am still figuring out what works for me!
I have 3 families of grandchildren that I help take care of each week. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This past weekend I took care of 5 plus their dog while the older two went with their parents to a homeschool conference 3 hrs away. I love playing games with them and I consider it a blessing to spend so much time. It is not time wasted but hopefully time spent that will reap a huge harvest. In all honesty though I do get good tired.
Great video. ♥️ Heartwarming ♥️ I wanted lots of children but was C-section with all 3,, and back then 3 was the limit 😢 BUT, I have definitely been blessed. They’re grown now and I have a beautiful sweet grandson ♥️♥️
My day is always the as they say same ole same ole but it doesn’t bother me at all. I enjoy my time with my girl 🐾🐾 then my chores and my gardens - very blessed 🙏. Have been planting my 8-10 weeks before last frost seeds this week SO EXCITING
You have a beautiful family and you’re totally an inspiration 🥰😊
I love the name y'all choose for the new puppy! She is going to be a big dog.
When you said Sarah Jane, it immediately made me think of the Grandma's Attic book series. If you haven't read them before, I think your younger children might enjoy them. Good clean 1800- early 1900 story.
My mom read them to me as a child and I read them to my children!
Thank you for sharing "A morning in the life of Jessica" I've often wondered how you do it! 😊
Loved this. Happy blessings always family. ✝️💖🌞Love From a stay at home momma of 5(19-8) from FL 😉it is the best job ever. 🥰🥰
It really is!
You’re an amazing mom and homemaker 😊💜
Thank you so much!
Gabriel and David are so smart and getting really tall.
Almost as tall as dad at 6'0"
I love your blue dress in this video! It looks wonderful on you!
Thank you so much
Oh dear, as a former homeschool mom, now empty nester, I so enjoyed this, reliving through you what my own life looked like a decade or two ago. Such a blessing to see you with your sweet family.
I love the oat machine 😊
I feel like we need time stamps on your next DITL video!!! you and you kiddos get so much done before lunch it's amazing! you and your sweet family are such an inspiration to many. You are the definition of a super mom!
My granddaughter just came to stay with me for some months. She's 3...she keeps me so crazy busy I don't know how you keep up with all those children 😮
Thank you for sharing this!! It’s soo helpful in the little moments in between, taking care of big kids and just getting it all done. So helpful and beautiful! Thanks Jessica!!
Thank You Ms .
Wow, you are truly a busy mama. God's blessing over you and your beautiful family
Thank you
Love starting my Sunday's with you and your lovely family. Thanks for all that you share each week; I've learnt so many new things. Have a great week.
Thank you! You too!
