there's a new update to story 2, and it's infuriating: turns out Alyssa cheated before while she was in high school and her mom knew but didn't say anything because she didn't think Alyssa and Noah would get married. Alyssa and AP got fired and AP canceled Alyssa's ticket back. and to no one's surprise, Noah immediately forgave her, bought her a ticket, and let her move back in. OP and her husband kept their word and aren't talking to them anymore. man, this was just so stupid and awful to read
21:30 A woman actually stands up for her own beliefs and does what she thinks is right instead of "supporting her sisters", and commentors talked her into giving that cheating woman a chance to spin things in her favor by telling her before her betrayed husband (if reaching out to Alyssa was just for the sake of getting more information on the situation before taking an action then she shouldn't have revealed her hand and given Alyssa the opportunity to manipulate Noah)
These comments are insane. Wtf. OP1 has every right to be upset with his dad. OP2 is an idiot for giving the "friend" a heads up and a chance to twist the whole situation. Thankfully Alyssa is apparently a heartless b. Also, those people aren't feminists. They're assholes.
Unfortunately, they use the title of feminists to shield themselves from any criticisim since that gives them the privilege of just calling whoever criticises them a misogynist and that ruins the name of the majority who aren't like that
Whats wrong the comment trying to tell OP the dad had no faults. He raised this kid in a bunk bed all over the country. He took his mother away from him. No way that person is nuts.
💯 They always say this and then want their husbands to be the providers and also do all the chores while they sit and watch TV or something while yapping on tiktok about how all men are pigs
OP1 definitely doesnt need to forgive his dad, but people are right that hes blaming way too many of his issues on his dad. OP1 definitely sucks. Excuses everywhere AND this is his version of events where he tries to paint himself in a better light
OP1 was a pretty lame guy. It sounds like his dad was a decent dad, just hella religious. He didnt ruin his life. He almost ruined the relationship of his son and ex-wife but otherwise he sounds alright. I have a pretty religious grandma and aside from her heavy religious views we do have a good relationship. A bit strained because my grandparents moved to Tezas. I dont blame eother them or my mom for my issues and heartbreaks
@Pence128 I'm saying that OP is blaming his father for the other parts of his life unjustly. I have some sympathy for his dad since my grandma is similar religion wise, but I'm not focusing on the moving part. Sides I don't really think it's kidnap cause OP was born on us soil so he was a citizen and she wasn't. He's being kept away from his mother, not kidnapped from her. There's a difference
@@sir-ani8927 The fact that you think taking a baby away from it's mother against her will is NOT kidnapping just because the baby just so happens to be a u.s citizen is, like, comically stupid. First and foremost, U.S citizens kidnap U.S children all the time. Citizenship does not change the definition of kidnapping. Kidnapping is literally, by definition, to take a child from it's parent against their will. If the mother wanted to keep her baby, and the dad took it anyways... THAT'S KIDNAPPING! BY DEFINITION! Secondly, your comment implies that the mother does not deserve to raise her own child just because of where they are born. Which is also stupid because no, that isn't how the world works. If a tourist gave birth in the U.S, for example, it would indeed be kidnapping for the government to take her baby just because it was born here. Like, oh my god, that's NOT how citizenship works. If a baby is born in another country they can still receive citizenship in the parents home country. "He's being kept away from his mother, not kidnapped from her.
