I know there are tons of comments already praising how effective this game's "atmosphere" is, but I gotta tell ya, I continue to be impressed by how consistently compelling and evocative it is atmospherically.
It seems like despite having left the world, Rher was a sufficiently cunning deity as to still act with conscious intent through mere traces. Hell, he seems to even be able to tell Pocketcat to keep his rubbing to himself through most of the game

I've heard somewhere that the RNG to hit the head is completely separate from your accuracy stat and the RNG of other limbs meaning that it doesn't matter if you have low accuracy you can still score headshots

Because there's something far higher than the older gods that work here that made all of it including them including them with only A press of a button

Rher is a great take on the Zelda moon. Firstly, his cruel, unfeeling nature comes out in every facet of appearance, ability, and story action. Second, I love the presentation of him as just a moon with a face on it, but during battle, the face is stretched out and surrounded by Ophanim rings. It adds greatly to the eldritch vibe. Lastly, the battle theme is dope. That’s all.
My favorite game is Majora's mask and just recently I became aware of this game's existence. Obviously all of the elements and inspiration that I'm watching from Majora's fascinated me. The horror elements from other media are truly interesting...

As alternative, you can always use condenced hamlock on Perkele's torso. It kills them within 2 or 3 turns while you heal or protect yourself.
