The fact Nas'Hrah aknowledges and compliments Kaiser/Le'garde's plan after dissmantling him to ashes in 1 really sells how different the situation in both games is, despite little yellow prince being the same scheme-manipulating prick
I think legarde isnt that huge of an asshole in this one, as he’s not as narcissistic and tries to bring another ascended god into being. However, he also cuts down millions in his path, so he still sucks
@@brycerodriguez244 I'd go so far as to say he's become the savior in truth that he once was a only parody of. He's burned his beauty, his reputation (Legarde is forgotten and Kaiser would be remembered as a monster in an empathetic world), his personal pride, his following, his chance at true ascendancy, everything he had or could ever have. All for this, all to get the plan over the finish line and rebase the human experience off shared hope and empathy. The wars that killed millions would have happened anyway in mankind's cycles of violence, that was the whole crux of his first plan's failure. His schemes simply gave meaning to otherwise senseless violence, and ensures the future prosperity of billions in a new world where this pain won't happen anymore. He spent centuries laboring behind the scenes to make a kinder world he had to know would never even accept someone like him let alone praise or worship, that's pretty damn heroic to me.
I think it would be really funny if Osaa had enough of Nas'hrah's constant jabs and started grabbing by his beard and swinging him around like nunchucks or a yo-yo
Well... Spoilers for Osaa's B ending: He does toss Nas'hrah in a lake or river when he gets his B ending and just says fuck having anyone as a master. I'mma be on the top this time.
There is also some interesting comments from Nash'Rah in the Museum when you talk to his statue and the one of the God of fear and hunger about the duality of the humankind.
I think kaiser, somehow didn't die but I have no clue either Marina's dad did that sinking thing too, and the only thing that comes to mind when I think of a blood ritual is the sigil drawn in blood close to the wasp nest guy and the moldy apartments
i’m gonna guess that the blood ritual he mentions is what caused kaiser to turn into that grey goop and sink through the floor. he did this ritual to escape death, which would make sense as to why nas’hrah is so mad. i bet kaiser is still alive and we will see him in the next game
The blood ritual he talks about is called a Pillar of Flesh , it's a ritual that binds a person's soul to a building in their death , Marina explains it if you examine the statue of flesh behind Samarie after defeating her (when playing as Marina) , she will explain that you must build the pillar and bind your soul to it , and in the case of your death your soul will be stored in there waiting for a replacement body , it's what Father Domek did (binding himself to the church of Alll-mer) and also the trick Nas'hrah pulled (binding himself to the bloody tunnels in F&H 1)
If he died or was resurrected, it doesn't really matter. What matters is D'arce got him to the ascension throne, and then she bowed down to him there. I suppose she stayed there and never ascended herself.
@@fabiendubost284 nah, he never ascended, he's not a God unlike the girl, he's a Ghoul at best, desinged to be everything D'arce wanted him to be after his bloodlust was satisfied.
