Well, the multitasking ability of F1 drivers is stressed pretty heavily as well, they have to manage a lot of settings during the laps. To not have a different track helps a lot, but they have to be on the edge consistently with a constantly changing track to take into account too. (Honestly: I was always impressed more with rally drivers)

No pretendo faltar al repesto a la gente de circuito ni mucho menos, pero para correr en rallys los hay que tener bien puestos. En un circuito hay menos riesgo en el pista abierta (hay riesgo en circuito, cierto. Pero bastante menos que en rallys). +RBR -Iracing! jajajajaja Por otro lado estos videos no dejan de hacer que piense una y otra vez como no se le ha dado a Carlos Sainz un premio como el Principe de Asturias... tiene cojones la cosa.
He considered Fernando his childhood hero, Sainz Sr wanted Jr to do rally but he only wanted F1, so that's what he did. I bet he would've killed it in rally haha
He's actually doing pretty good, currently best of the rest with McLaren improving this year really good, maybe if we're lucky he'll be able to challenge for the podium once in a while with the new rules set for 2021 and if not who's to say he won't get a race winning capable car in a different team, maybe back to Red Bull

You're not wasting your time if you're after your childhood dream and working hard, are you? And he could possibly do rally after he retire from F1.
