Well... One has to finish developing as an adult mentally before getting a girl or a man,. When you have fully developed as an adult, you can handle rejection much better.
I just smash hookers. It’s way simpler and more efficient. I don’t have time for all of these psychological games to play just to smash. I’m not looking for a relationship so I’m not going to invest time for something that’s just a hit it and quit experience. Besides all that I’m not what most women would find physically attractive anyways at 5’6 half Asian and Hispanic most women don’t even look at me.

I am a giving person in general though. My mom has always been that way. She gives all her heart and energy into the family and that’s what I’ve adopted in how I always am. I give to family, to friends, etc. I’ve viewed it as both public service and just decency and human kindness.
There is no problem in being who you are, the problem is doing certain things JUST to make the girl happy. If you are a giving person the girl will notice that, but they will also notice if you are doing just to sleep with her

Very true I struggle with some of these too and I understand that feeling anxious makes women feel uncomfortable But when you're feeling free and and at peace and you can just vibe in the moment you have so much more success with women because they like a guy who is secure. Anxiety is almost a big road block in my life and I really need to get rid of it and I will. Thanks!

While I agree that anxiety is a weakness it’s easier said than done getting rid of it. I’ve tried all my life to overcome things like that but it’s always one step forward, two steps back.

Tripp I've been out of the loop for more than 3 months now. I have greatly cut back in multiple areas including the content that I consoom. Freed so much mental space and time that I had to brain storm, journal and plan in order to come up with things to do in the beginning.
I came up with my own jounaling system. The things that you are mentioning come intuitively once you start doing things. You don't walk around worrying about acting a certain way like some comments suggest. You behave in that way because that's what you do. You're actively participating in what you're doing. Win some lose some. Progress takes time. So would regressing completely.
Can't really integrate a list of behaviors. But you know that which is why you be tryna coach.
I greatly cut back on my consoomption. Kept some of it but am starting to find a lot of what's left uninteresting anyway. I am also finding that I don't resonate with people on TH-cam like I do in real life.
Lol that reserved part, I do not agree with. Some girls like reserved better. If you appear confident and just don't give a f*ck, they get curious and might even approach you especially if you don't look clueless or shy. I suppose it ties into the mystery theory. A nice appearance also helps 😉
Well there’s reserved and there’s RESERVED isn’t there. Reserved lower case can still be attractive as long as you show strength of character in other ways. I think what it comes down to is whether the reserved nature is coming from a place of self-love and comfortability or fear.
How then do keep your word, and be consistent in such, without becoming predictable? I've always believed that one of the true measure of a man is whether or not he keeps his word.

I was a people pleaser but I think that I grew out of it. I find a lot of dating advice on youtube idk how accurate it is or if people are just trying to make a quick buck .

I've had a experience when i gave some stuff to people with a disability, i was working there as a volunteer and felt sorry for them cause they hardly had any games, music equipment etc.
A week or so later the people i worked with actually tried to take advantage of me + some women tried playing me.
Saw me as a weak provider type of man.
I played their game like i didn't knew what was happening.
I bounced, turned my back and went my own way.
Why do they still see you as weak even when it has nothing to do about them or getting a girl?
Its genuinely who i am as a person!
I still work at the organisation but at a different location, sometimes i still meet a couple of those women and 1 in particular kept chasing me like in a desperate way.
I really hate this but love it when they realise i'm not a nice guy but the good guy they all want.
Maybe its wrong and i know i can be a huge stubborn asshole but i enjoy when i see the regret on their faces when they speak to me and i leave it with a simple hey.

I wouldn't agree with this in every situation. Maybe if the girl doesn't like the guy that much and she can take him or leave him, then it might be true, but if the girl really likes a guy she won't care if he's a little bit shy. Maybe she prefers that he's more outgoing but at the same time isn't completely turned off by the guy being shy. That's like hooking up with a girl that doesn't speak very good English and her 1st language is either French or Spanish. If there's a language barrier but the girl is exceptionally attracted to the guy, then as long as they can talk a little bit then she won't care. I say this from personal experiences because I have hooked up with beautiful girls that spoke Spanish and French and I didn't speak either of those languages and they still hooked up with me plus I have attracted alot of women that spoke the same language as me but were just much more socially outgoing then me ( which is almost as bad) and they didn't frown on me for being more reserved then they were, but I'm sure that they preferred I was on the same social level as them too, just like if I could speak French or Spanish then I could have more meaningful conversations with those women too. These girls all had the same thing in common and that they were all women that were attracted to me for my looks or just naturally felt a deep connection for me right from the start, like love at first sight.
Moderation
If you've shown some of these behaviors to someone you're interested in, can you reverse it? Like start to show different behaviors so you're less predictable. Or is it too late and should just move on?
It's possible. But if she's smart enough she'll see through what you've doing and probably just be glad you left her alone.

What if your shyness is extremely hard to get rid of? You WOULDN'T understand unless you are shy yourself. Even worse, Society shames you for it.
Start talking friendly to people, make friends and always speak to people.
Tripp gives good advice for this actually. It's about having positive experiences. And to have those positive experiences you will have to go through some rejection and negative experiences too. You have to just put yourself out there and over time things will get better as you start to stack up more and more positive experiences.
And society shames shyness for a good reason. Because it is not an attractive quality. Sorry not sorry that's just how it is.
Good morning trip, question for you or anyone that would like to share their opinion. I asked my coworker out last Monday, we made plans for Sunday to go eat. Friday midday she says that we have to reschedule because her family from out of town is coming for the weekend. Should I ask her out again, if she wouldn’t have told me that she wanted to reschedule this would be a simple answer. It’s just that she offered to reschedule and even offered for us to take her car ,since where we live we are still very restricted with covid we have to make an hour drive to a not so restricted town. Knowing the person from work you're the best judge as to what to do. If you think she likes you or isn't someone who would flake just reschedule. If there's an issue again just give it up.

I’m a bit of and introvert, is that a problem? I’ve been told that being a bit mysterious is attractive to women, not my experience at all by the way, but that’s what they say. Do introverts have a hope or hardly ever, more of a miracle?
I recommend you try to be more of an ambivert (look it up!). I was an introvert and challenged myself to become more of an ambivert when I joined the military. It made a huge difference in my leadership skills. Women want men that are strong leaders.

Just because i’m an introvert it doesn’t mean that i’m a wimp or soft. On the other hand, it doesn’t mean i’m stubborn or even a tyrant. I think i’m a balanced guy, maby a little quiet but i have my own opinions about everything, i have my own principles and ideas, i have my own personality, but i’m deffinetly not a walk-all-over. I like to observe people and learn from them. After all life is a lesson.
