Today I decided to show a drone video, aerial view of the Lagos-Calabar costal highway construction from folu ise to igbogun road and down to ode omi where luminous city estate is located here in ibejulekki.
Also on this video I showed the point where the Lagos-Calabar Coastal road construction diverts from the igbogun road to okun IMOSAN in ibejulekki and then reconnects ODE-OMI and then to the border town between lagos and ogun state.
This lagos calabar coastal road is part of the 55km section 2 coming from the deep sea port to igbogun road, ODE-OMI and then to ogun state.
The entire stretch of the Coastal is about 700km road from ahmadu bello way in Victoria Island in lagos to ogun state, Ondo state, Delta, Bayelsa, Cross River and Akwa-Ibom states.
Luminous City is located at ODE-OMI, just along the igbogun road and it is about 1mins drive to the coastal Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway construction and about 2mins drive to the beach.
This estate comes with a C of O, file no : WAS/SL/C70.
It's has instalment plan upto one year.
The land is sold in 300sqm and 500sqm, respectively.
With installment plan upto 12months.
For 300sqm
Outright payment- 0 to 2months= 2.5M
3months = 2.7M
6months = 2.9M
12months= 3.1M
For 500sqm
