    Don’t fight with your anxiety. Accept it and let it be as it is. You will notice that your anxiety will get recovered.

    Focus on discipline instead 🎉
    Feelings become secondary.
    The tasks become more important.
    Brilliant Shaan.

    Apologies for the sound issues. My necklace was bouncing off the mic. In future videos, I'll make sure to take my necklace off.

    Some months ago I felt I was "almost" out of the cycle, and yet lately I've been experiencing strong anxiety again. I think this is due in part to the extreme heat (I hear heat is bad to anxiety sufferers), in part to the fact that I have less work. When I must do something for work, I feel better than times when I can just relax and do nothing. On the subject of being incongruent, I have been feeling anxiety just by strolling in my town, and yet I'm about to go on a journey to Malaysia. I was considering changing my plans, but I realized leaving is the right thing to do, and that I shouldn't give up on journeys just because of anxiety. Let's see if I made the right choice.

    So the whole point is to respond correctly and in right way.But what if in the middle, you can't trust yourself as if this is the right way to respond .or if I am responding correctly.
    I want to ask how do I know that this is the right way of responding.
    plz reply

    Hey guys im just curious, my panic attacks cause me stomach pain and shoulder/neck burning. What do you recommend for when the symptoms are too painful? I know its best to just face the symptoms, but what if somone is experiencing too much pain to do so?

    I feel itching sensation in my chest and chest discomfort 24/7 feels like it will choke me and cause my death ,,,I m not able to come out of it despite of knowing everything about anxiety 😥😥 I m not able to overcome death anxiety 😥😥

    • @elmiraazote6009
      @elmiraazote6009 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi @sunit, how are u right now? I hope you’re doing okay. You are bigger than your anxiety. I have the same situation. Just sitting normally upon waking up then this sudden sensation comes up where you reach for air and it’s hard to breath. There’s this sensation on the chest where it’s very uncomfortable. It feels like choking to death then these intrusive thoughts attack about death. Just like Shaan said don’t judge this sensation and let it be. It’s so hard to do but we have to push ourselves for betterness and continue living. You are safe. Sending you virtual hug. Keep going~
