When I go to the liquor store the gal there holds dollar and half dollar coins for me. I occasionally get silver. Morgans, Peace, Benji's mostly but last time, I exchanged her 21 ASEs for $21 and I gave her a hundred dollars for her trouble. So NO, most people don't know what an ASE is. She didn't. Whoever bought liquor with ASEs at $1 each didn't. I CRH half dollars so I often buy gas or groceries or ammo with the remaining clad halves because cashing them in I pay 12% at coinstar or 8% at my bank. You would be surprised how many times I have to correct the cashier's because they mistake them for dollars. Even though it says half dollar on them, the paper roll and I told them they were half dollars before they ring me up. The Dept of Education is worthless. Schools don't teach anything of value nowadays. It's up to us parents to educate our kids properly.
GOODMORNING🎉🎉🎉
Morning! Looks like it's going to be a cool day
@WestTexasStacker ITS CHILLY FOR SURE..
Look at that silver
I completely agree except when I can get gov-backed at same premium as generic, then sovereign wins most of the time. Great video
@@czechstacker it's always good to get ASEs at generic prices.
If $20 burns it is gone and if you burn silver you still have it
You got the extra law protecting it against counterfeiting because it’s US currency
True. But if the dollar dropped to zero.. would the FV of the eagle also lose a dollar

@l.j.silveraustereprivateer4010 excellent comment!! More than ever, parents need to teach these kids about finances and securing wealth.
Silver can be money or made in to products . $20 bills are paper and you can even use it for toilet paper
