I literally only do like: 4-5 ice cubes, one banana, a long splash of almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter, table spoon of raw cacao, splash of vanilla extract, and sprinkle of cinnamon. Doesn't even need syrup or agave. That alone tastes so refreshing! This probably comes out to be less than 250 calories in total, but a whole meal and soo delicious. I drink this like 2-3 times a week now for either breakfast or lunch. Brilliant recipe. Thanks again!

I will say that when you make berry based drinks, the seeds are there. But it makes everything really smooth and no chunks. When I made this drink, it was like a super awesome chocolate milk. LOL When you use it, be sure not to go over the max line - I've heard people doing that and it leaking. I have zero issues because I follow directions. ha! It's awesome. I think you'll love it!!

In fact I make this smoothie basically every day as my afternoon meal:) Using a single tablespoon of the unsweetened cocoa powder only has about 20 calories with very little fat/carbs, and the rest of the ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, peanut butter, banana) have obvious health benefits. I just omit maple syrup because that's where this recipe can get too sugary, if I'm really craving a sweet smoothie I just add Stevia :)

For those of you wanting the calorie/nutrition information, I made this with one small-ish banana(about 6 or 7 inches maybe), 0.25 cup of 1% milk, tbsp of maple syrup, tbsp of peanut butter, & a tbsp of hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder - in total it ended up being 287 calories. Not too bad, and this could be easily separated into two servings :)

I LOVE chocolate, banana, peanut-butter smoothies. I usually use soy milk because of its higher protein content compared to almond milk. I also add protein powder. By the way, if you live near a Costco, try Kirkland almond butter. It is natural and sugar free.

I see a lot of health gurus using peanut butter in a lot of snacks which is the reason for my question, so any information on that is much appriciated :)
It uses real, natural ingredients that are good for your body. It's basically a better version of a milkshake that you would buy somewhere like a fast food place.
nuts and bananas are great for your body and as long as chocolate/fatty foods are eaten in moderation and paired with an active exercising lifestyle, the calories from the smoothie won't hurt too badly. :)

Sure is! I got it at Target for $79. Don't buy it offline - go to the store. Less expensive. It is a really awesome machine and so easy to use!
