New subbie🙂. I also have a giant M. Deliciosa I purchased 2 years ago for $6 and I propagated 2 big stems from her, she is my favorite house plant as well. I am struggling with my M. Peru alot, so I will give it more light and see how it turns out. Thx for the tips 👍🏽

Hi Ayana! So nice to meet you and your beautiful collection of monsteras. I love them all! Did you buy them already that big or were they small when you first got them. I have a few of them but not that many. My RT when I first got was small. It were dying and I did have it In a self watering pot. I was so afraid to lose the whole plant so I did some cuttings. They r now after a yr starting to grow but still small. I feel that the cold is what hurts my plants. 🥺 Thank you for sharing your collection. 🪴🌱

I love monstera, too . But I am struggling with some esp my adansonii to make them happy. Thanks for sharing this video. It has inspired me to keep going.

Never knew there were so many Monstera plants. You have so many of them. I only have a Monstera Deliciosa. We don't have as many Monstera types yet as the states anf probably other places. Takes longer for rare plants or uncommon plants to show up here. I just wanted to try a Monstera Deliciosa. She's still a juvenile. But has 4 split leaves now but had two when i got her.

Envious of your collection, even the cut back plants look happy! I just got a two leaf monstera sp peru and I can't wait until it climbs! Although I have noticed that it's one leaf is curling inwards, not sure it's because of too much light or lack of humidity
If one of your leaves are curled, I would check the roots to make sure they are substantial. Atleast two to three inches. It sounds like your plant might not have good roots, so I would check that first. Then make sure you are not overwatering it. And if it is getting bright light you should be fine.

Question. I was gifted 2 monstera cuttings. How long or short is the best length of tje roots before potting up? Please

The roots should be 1 to 2 inches before potting.
I don't know what to do. Adonsonii 2x I've rescued the same one prior. This time I just cut it back to beginning propogation. Cuttings (what were left) in water. Any suggestions to keep her from getting dried out stems leaves are always the last thing to even look bad. Both times the stems dry out. Help please

Thank you :):):) I just propagated it to make it thicker and I put it outside to get better growth.
@@RootingMindfully thank you for the information, just wondering, won’t putting the plants outside make them more susceptible to pests? I’m totally paranoid about harmful insects for my plants & that’s why have never taken them outside in summer

Can u name the esty shop u got ur big monstera from, the one u showed that u said u took cuttings from in the summer, and it gre fuller after you took the cutting I want to get one of those.

wait ... did you say Delaware?! no way! most ppl i would say DE to would ask what state that was in! Love your monsteras. My deliciosa is doing fabulously. Shes the one in my collection that I would never give up. Looking for an adansonii and a tetrasperma now.
Yeah when I was younger I used to hear that DE joke all the time smh
I'm not sure it was a joke. I think the ppl i was taking to were literally just dense. Im in Baltimore now but not oh boy high school in DE was a doozy

When you're watering your monsteras you're waiting till they are almost dry and then how much water do they need, till they are completely wet ? Thanks
Thank you 🙂🙂🙂 I water them until the water drains out of the bottom of the pot through the drainage hole.

@@RootingMindfully yes! I spray it with captain’s jack deadbug once a week, repotted and root system is good.

Awww thank you and welcome 🙂🙂🙂 I actually got my big monstera from New York. He was from a shop in China town. I’m not sure about too many places up there. I know the sill is in New York.

My Raph. T is a few wks old, I call her lil shorti...I swear she pops a leaf out daily & only has the one stem, really wanting to clip her to create a fuller plant, where should I clip her? (I was trying to add a pic but unsuccessful)
If you want to have a fuller plant, you can go ahead and chop it under the node where the aerial root comes out. I hope that helps.
My adsonii isn't doing great 😕 it's already dropped 1 yellow leaf, moved it & another leaf is yellow. Maybe they don't like me 🤷🏾♀️
Are you overwatering it’s?

Unfortunately I am not selling any plants at this time. I know I saw some on Ebay or Etsy and Costa Farms will be selling the Thai at some point.

I noticed that you use grow light- looks so near to the leaves.. but how far do u usually position the light from the leaves so not to burn it? thanks
18" to 24" inches depending on the plant and the size of the plants
