      Underrated comment. Its spelled natto btw, for those searching :)
      + Shio koji (salty rice koji ) as marinate, to add salt flavor and as umami flavor
      + amazake (probiotic sweetener from koji enzymes that digest grains like rice, barley, wheat etc)
      + kvass - beetroot ferment
      + any lacto fermented (salt brine fermented) vegetable
      + water kefir
      + mushrooms - not a ferment but wildly underestimated food

      I literally can not eat any of these foods because they instantly trigger a migraine ! Any5hing fermented triggers migraines !! What to do ?????

    Best and well-known probiotic food is leftover cooked rice soaked overnight in water preferably in claypot .Drink this water separately and have rice with curd and pickle . It is age-old recipe all over India and best probiotic .

      Thanks for this info. The antibiotic course post Covid has played havoc with my lactobacillus balance and am having a hard time rebuilding it because curds - buttermilk give me sinus and migraines. I’ll definitely try this out. Thanks again 🙏 🤞

    When feeling cold body heat can be produced by exercising non stop any movement one loves eg. Walking briskly, jogging, cycling, doing yoga followed by rapid yoga. JAIHIND. VANDE MATHRAM

      Fermented fish, and kimchi were the process is stored in clay pots and buried under ground for months. Fish is with salt.

    I eat Buffallo ka Curd 5 to 7 cups of curd in a month, I love eating Curd And Buttermilk Too. These two Probiotic Food I love to eat on a daily basis.

      @@moooobkityy Curd is made by mixing a yogurt starter with warm milk and allowed to ferment for some hours. After the fermentation process the consistency of the flowing milk gradually transforms to a thick wobbly pudding like texture. Due to the bacterial fermentation the final product also has a tangy taste.

      i have been culturing dairy(whole milk-half & half) as per dr Davis - ferment it for 36 hours to multiply the probiotic count - adding different strains. So far it is fun and worth it... @@moooobkityy

    I was asking myself one question, even if ghee is not mentionned as a probiotic, is it possible to digerate ghee if you are intolerate to dairay ( symptoms: diarrhea and vomiting when I try some yogourt, kefir, cheese... cow or goat it's the same result) ? thanks for giving your point of view if you have the possibility of course

    Amma, just to ask you some advices on child's cold allergy where my daughter since 3 years old until now 6 years old, allergy to cold weather or fan. If she sitting in front of a fan also can sneezing and mild flu for few minutes / hours. We did tried giving vitamin C since 3 yrs old but no improvement even probiotic.
    What should I do maa, pls advice 🙏
