      Underrated comment. Its spelled natto btw, for those searching :)
      + Shio koji (salty rice koji ) as marinate, to add salt flavor and as umami flavor
      + amazake (probiotic sweetener from koji enzymes that digest grains like rice, barley, wheat etc)
      + kvass - beetroot ferment
      + any lacto fermented (salt brine fermented) vegetable
      + water kefir
      + mushrooms - not a ferment but wildly underestimated food

    Hi, I have a question. After fermentation, can we freeze the dosa batter for future use? We make bulk dosa batter keep it overnight and then pack them in small zip loc bags and freeze them. Whenever we like to eat dosa, we keep one packet at normal room temperature for a few hours and then use it. How does this impact our gut? Thank you

    • @theyogainstituteofficial
      @theyogainstituteofficial  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Namaste. The optimal way to consume it is when freshly fermented. Freezing dosa batter post-fermentation and thawing before use is generally safe and is not expected to substantially affect gut health when consumed in reasonable amounts.

      Prebiotics and probiotics for 2 years old? I guess they have the best microbiom already. Child gets all these by mother by birth. There are ten thousands of different bacteria inside , science do not know about all of them and their work .Giving probiotic to child is just disturbing the balance of biom.

    I was asking myself one question, even if ghee is not mentionned as a probiotic, is it possible to digerate ghee if you are intolerate to dairay ( symptoms: diarrhea and vomiting when I try some yogourt, kefir, cheese... cow or goat it's the same result) ? thanks for giving your point of view if you have the possibility of course
