That was a great workout. It is so strange that you mentioned gratitude so many times because I have been thinking a lot about that… My daughter is sick and has to undergo surgery, I am scared and working out brings me calm, so does reciting prayers of gratitude every day. Thank you Michelle

This is one of my favorite workouts! Repeating short sets of movements 2 or 3 times makes an hour workout fly by! Would love to see more with low impact options. Just turned 61 this summer and it's amazing what you can do if you are consistent as you anyways say 😊😊😊
So many thoughts on this one! I was very thankful for the ad after block 2 😅such a great endurance workout, I think I need to do 1 power hour each week!. Great ending to a great 4 week program, thanks Michelle and ladies. Michelle, you are amazing, so strong!

This was a challenge but a good Challenge feel so much better that I did it !! Not only mentally but physically. You’re always so positive and real about life and our bodies and how they will change and makes me embrace what I have and just need that little extra tlc ❤
WOW!! You outdid yourself again. And yes I'm getting in my uncomfy place with some leg routines. Liked the new clock and progress bar but can you make the progress bar in the upper corners and larger. I workout without my glasses and can't see when it's so tiny. It's really small on the laptop. thanks Gonna miss the series but I can always redo!

Wow, that was great! I love a good 1-hour workout! Remember when 1 hour was standard for a workout? Now, everybody thinks 30 minutes is where it's at. I'm barely breaking a sweat and just getting started at 30 minutes! 😃 Loved using the weights and speed to keep the intensity and my HR up! 👍
