Thanks for your stellar workouts. I am almost age 54, been a hard core athlete my whole life. Can still run up mountains- just not as fast- and most on here have such whimpy workouts. This one made me scream and I was suffering really good. Thanks a bunch. will share with everyone. I am also a naturopath. Exercise is sooo important.

Wow that was a sweaty and challenging workout! Loved it! It’s so great to lift heavy and do compound moves. The sweat was still dripping during the stretch. Really enjoying this challenge! 😅❤

Really enjoying your workouts. I struggle with keeping up strength with weights during luteal phase of my cycle (perimenopause on hrt). I want to keep my muscle and exercise but haven’t found a good workout fit. The rest of cycle i love HIIT and strength with weights (slower and heavier)
