4:56 I think I know what he trying to tell. He mean your back should be straight 90 to hip not bent your back, upper body go trought like the hinge. just like the "T" or "Y" upper-down and spin. and upper body move to forword will put more your weight in to the kick. Sorry it's quite difficult for me to explain in English.
What does a typical day look like for you mate? Balancing Muay Thai and online work … I don’t have online work, but if I did, I’d love to move to Chiang mai … routine maybe … run and skip in the morning then Muay Thai training after work?
Hey, how does it work with visa’s when staying for a long time in Thailand ( while fighting ). Btw great videos. Been watching you a lot just looking for a gym that I think I would like and then I’m off to Thailand aswell :)
Hey, thanks! Im not flexible at all, normally to see any progress I’d have to stretch daily 😄 for any injury they massage with the yellow Thai Oil or the green so-called Tiger Bombs, loosens the muscles and heals really fast
The guy asking, "Do you want to fight?" was joking. It's American/British sense of humor. He was trying to make the situation less awkward by pointing out that the two of you are just standing in the ring alone with no idea what to do. He was nervous.
@@muaymichael As an American with many lovely German friends, I instantly recognized the situation 😅 I am familiar with the awkwardness that follows a dumb American joke with a stoic German 😂
The mission: Get back in shape and fight my 7th Fight in Thailand! 🔥

It’s okay bro. Not only one dimensional kicks, any hits that’s a point. See “Superlek” is the best kicker in the world right now
Superlek is awesome, just watched his kicking videos today 😄👍
Keep up the good work brother!
thanks, you too Nils 🚀
You can break your arm opponent like Thawanchai in One if you round-house kick correctly and add more power.
get the job done🔥
Let's go 🙏🔥
