Rose I've been a follower for a few years now, I share your videos with my daughters. I have been a single mom for 22 years and would have loved this information sooner. I am doing great now, not a millionaire yet but will work on it. Thank you and keep sharing. Working for yourself is harder than people who work to earn a paycheck, but the payoff is greater! You go girl!!!!!

Great video! I’m in my 40s just starting the journey of adopting this mindset and becoming a business owner. I really like seeing other women out there sharing their knowledge and experiences! Thanks!🖤
I want to emphasize this because I think it's very important. when you got that raise and bonus and felt like it was an insult, you were realizing what you were worth, you were realizing how valuable your work ethic is, and how valuable your time is to yourself. you knew that you were worth more than they were saying you were worth. The traditional path can be exhausting. Health issues unexpectedly forced me out of work with barely enough savings to even consider retirement. That moment was one of the scariest I never saw coming. But I’ve managed to earn $5m, despite starting late and missing out on compounding returns from index funds.

Realistically, your education path at a prestigious university gave you financial leverage over most. This was how you were able to more easily become a millionaire. I’m using my education from a not that prestigious engineering school and then once I break $150,000 I’m moving to the south or Midwest of the US and my millionaire path will be through estate. I’m excited to subscribe to you and start watching some of your videos.
I admire your dedication to educating your audience. We all aim for financial stability and a better life. Achieving this is possible through wise investments, frugal living, and careful budgeting. I'm grateful that I learned the importance of working hard for financial freedom at a young age.
Even though I engage in investing, I feel disheartened by my lack of expertise in assessing the performance of individual companies and determining the optimal timing for stock purchases. The erosion of my financial reserves due to inflation adds to my concerns. At this point, I require precise market trajectory information, but I find myself unsure about the appropriate course of action.
I wholeheartedly concur, which is why I opt to entrust the day-to-day decision-making to an investing coach. With their specialized knowledge and extensive research, it is highly unlikely for them to underperform. Their expertise is centered around harnessing the asymmetrical potential of risks while also employing measures to safeguard against unfavorable outcomes. I have been collaborating with an investment coach for more than two years
I make 500k a year. Mind you I have no children and zero debt. I have a six figure portfolio (Stocks, crypto crowdfunding real estate, savings, and CD's) it wasn't easy. I hustled, saved, and invested my money. I always tell people "Money can't fix stupid"
I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience.
Thanks for the video Rose! Good Stuff! I also want to add this: When starting your own business, start your own business and avoid franchises. I bought into a franchise thinking that my income would be commensurate with my level of effort. Turns out it was just like working for someone else, even worse. The way that particular franchise's business model worked, the franchise, vendors, and even my employees were making more money than the company was. All of the things I learned from the franchise, I could have figured out on my own, even if it took a little longer. Most franchises are terribly one-sided business ventures and they offer very little benefit vs. being a local "mom and pop" business. Food for thought.
Hi Rose, you are the first TH-camr I subscribed to learn personal finance and my favorite one! I started my journey 2 years ago when I was 18. I am very resonated with your background; also coming from a immigrant family, I work hard to educate myself about personal finance. Thanks so much for sharing these advices!
You’re already doing so much better than pretty much everyone else! Very few people have this mindset and got into this at your age. Even most people in their 50s and 60s never bothered taking the tome to learn financial literacy or think outside of the box!
It is always mindset piece! every time i start working with my coaching client - everything starts with the mindset. And be-do-have exercise as a starting point.
The message about cultivating a good relationship with yourself - cutting out toxic relationships, working on mindset etc - is so important and I'm glad you mentioned it at the end! If you haven't got a good relationship with yourself you're never going to become that rich person with a rich life.
I agree with what you’ve shared about school. I wish I would have immediately just started a businesses. Instead I got a degree in entrepreneurship and feel like I absolutely shot myself in the foot. What successful entrepreneur has a degree in entrepreneurship. 😅
Haha your not alone! I got a degree in business management which I still owe $29k in . I work in the financial services industry and don’t use one bit of it. Trying to set myself up to retire early.
Online business communities related to the niche/industry you're interested in working on, or paid conferences that attract millionaires (a lot of them are very invested in growth so they'll tend to pay to go to conferences/events related to that). You may actually have acquaintances who are millionaires - most of them don't show or talk about it. The latest statistic in the US is that 18% of American households are making 7 figures. That's almost 2 in 10 households. The whole 1% thing is a myth.
Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?
I'd avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery.
Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
REBECCA NASSAR DUNNE is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Equity Services inc. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.
My job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.
absolutely adore you for being honest!!! I don't think enough people share their authentic journey to financial freedom and business growth! super proud of you for reaching your goals!!!
This is a real great content, I’m at that point of uncertainty right now, i have no social life, no friends, no relationships, not a great job. I’m suck with my own e-commerce business , I’m so obsessed with this idea of working my own time to build something greater and be free. The last job I left ,the paycheck was too small that I ended up in the street just after a month with no money no food. I’m still again doing another 9:5 that is the same with almost no money left to save, and remind me the past experience. After watching this video , I think I’m going to quit again. At this point I don’t even care. Thank you for your video, it helped a lot
I love this new video format! It’s like her old videos from 3-4 years ago but with some tight new editing and lighting. Gets me pumped to boost my income and make some MOOLAH 🎉
You were working for Wall Street, it helps a lot Seems like finance university wasn’t so useless You gain’s knowledge Then you learned how it works in the real world Then you applied for you
Rose! i’ve followed you for a few years, and i find what you said in this video piercing! Definitely eye opening and the speech i feel i needed to get motivated. Thank you very much! I hope all is well with you and your future move to LA is the final one! cheers!
Perfect video. As an 15 year old with little work experience, even the explanation of the TYPES OF INCOME changed my perspective; what sets the normal working class from the elite. Im so grateful to have some financial literacy and so many available resources. Anybody with internet can watch these videos and learn so many valuable things. Thank you, ill come back when ive earned my first million 🙏💸❤
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires, thanks Charlotte Grace Miller
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Charlotte Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
Hi Rose you have definitely motivated me to restart my channel because lately I have been feeling discouraged but you are absolutely right hard work pays off 😁
Turning 26 next month 20k debt so I feel u. What u said to be in the mindset to do is better than to do then to be. Would have probably saved u a lot of time indeed. I just now realized that around 25. To be yourself and be confident in it don’t let other’s mistakes compromise yourself.
great ethos in this vid. i jumped on the rose han train a while ago, love your content. i have started moving towards all my major goals, its going well.
Loved the first topic about people wanting to want it for themselves first. Most the people around me don’t have that sense so these videos are a nice community 🙏
You’re a really smart person. I’m going to do some of these things. I want to start a business that doesn’t rely on luck and getting a social media following.
This is by far one of the best videos I have seen yet and I watch a ton of finance videos. The point that called out to me most is my ability to deal with uncertainty. Thank you for this!!!
I love the points about not taking on student loan debt, but I wish people expanded on the fact that schooling gives you much more than what your classes teach. It opens doors and teaches you how to build connections with the right people. Especially if you’ve never been exposed to that. I had an entrepreneurship minor in college, so I agree that all of these business minded lessons are important!
Wow! I just returned from my gap year with a strong drive to attain financial freedom. I def learned the importance of money, and now that I'm starting college this year, I get this video recommended to me
i've been getting slightly below average performance reviews at my corporate job just because i started to put boundaries and don't work more than i'm paid to and that's been my final straw. this ain't it and i need to find an out for and achieve financial independence.
oh, friend you are intelligent! college educated and a former WallStreet employee that alone was a win! But you are absolutely correct. You don't get rich for working for someone else. I started my Esthetics business when I turned 30 (32 now) It's so hard to get clientele on top of it being a recession. I thought I was going to be able to quit my regular income job so I can focus on my Business full time, but it hasn't happened yet. Happy I still can pay my bills but like you said you have no freedom working a job. I live at work and visit the house sometimes lol.
Rose Han I am falling in Love not only with your Videos, but with the way you think, speak & share your Amazing content with the entire World. What a Woman you really are! A Dream Woman, indeed 💐💞🌹🎯🍀
Thank you for this incredibly insightful video! I felt so proud when you mentioned hiring virtual assistants from the Philippines, as I am one myself and have now created an agency to help businesses scale. It's amazing to see the impact VAs can have, and I’m excited to apply your tips to grow even further!
I almost didnt watch this because im 35 and felt a drop of confidence after reading the title. Glad i did! Maybe next time say “If I wanted to become a millionaire in my 30s” that’ll appease those who want to do so AT 30 or 31 while not discounting those who are 35 or 36, etc..:) 30s is still young!
I’m 3 quarters of the way there at 35.. but have the goal to be there by 40. Better later than never :) Born and raised in Ecuador, did not come from money. The American dream is alive and well and my motivation to be different was there. Simple as that!
It’s always advisable to Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.
I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $175k to $650K.
I would like to ask, how did you achieve it? I've been trying to stick with index funds. I feel these new interest rate hikes could crash the economy. I'm looking for a better investing strategy, as I have a lump sum that inflation is steadily eating up.
Vivian jean wilhelm has always been on the top of my list..She is regarded as a genius in her area and well knowledgeable about financial markets. I highly recommend you look her up if you want excellent collaboration.
Thank you, I really needed this today. Kickstarting a small business and self-doubt and procrastination (due to fear of loss) can really overwhelm me and slow things down. This video was very motivating... thank you!!
This came up on my feed at the perfect timing! ❤😊I love success stories like yours! I have my own business and my money works for me. It is the greatest freedom! Thanks for sharing your story. It's very inspiring! God Bless
Rose, you are a such an inspiration! I love your videos and appreciate you taking the time to make them. Even though your content appears to be geared toward a younger audience, I at 64, really learn from your content. If you can turn your financial life around in a few years in your 30s, you can also achieve the same success in your 60s! Thank you! ❤
Thanks Rose for your sharing! Love your work and mindset which gives me clarity & a better sense of positioning myself on this financial freedom journey. Appreciate you from Singapore 🇸🇬!
Wonderful video Rose! Starting the business is hard - i have walked the same traditional path - from a prestigious corporate job in finance to now building my business and launching my youtube channel . the only difference is that I went through immigration journey from Ukraine to Australia - which obviously does not make grinding easier and having two kids at the same time! But as a coach i always say - everything starts with that one thought. One mindset shift. Glad you have overcome your limiting beliefs - i am helping people with that and the results it brings to their lives are amazing!
THANK YOU SO MUCH ROSE! This video gave me a huge boost of confidence that I am on the right track to reach my goals. I am currently in the working on my personal development phase and it is the reason why I was having trouble moving my business ideas forward in the first place. Ever since I started working on myself and my mindset my ideas are becoming more and more possible and I am way less afraid to take the leaps necessary for this to work. Thank you for sharing your insight and not making a gimicky video, this really helped me and was impactful. I will definitely be subscribing!
Your journey from deep debt to financial freedom is incredibly inspiring! 🌟 Emphasizing the importance of self-education and surrounding yourself with the right people highlights how crucial these elements are to breaking traditional employment molds and achieving true financial independence.
Try to make your 10k first, that’s the first goal, the stepping stone to 100k, to 200k, to 500k.. put as much as you possibly can in your investment accounts. It takes time and perseverance, it is the only answer. Go for 5 years of completely dedicating your expendable money to your investment account. Hopefully with maximum personal contributions, in 10-15 years you’ll be at a million in your stash, where it will keep increasing with much more ease.
Hi Rose! First video watched here, I'm recently starting a tutoring business on my own after working 7 years for my ex-boss! All of the contents in this video are super helpful! Things are going great and I wish the same to you and to everyone!

Nice! I wish I had started that young. If you already started learning about your finances as a teen you're gonna do well in life.
You’re already doing so much better than pretty much everyone else! Very few people have this mindset and got into this at your age.
Even most people in their 50s and 60s never bothered taking the tome to learn financial literacy or think outside of the box!
One of the things I really like about a lot of your videos is the mindset piece. It is so critical.
It is always mindset piece! every time i start working with my coaching client - everything starts with the mindset. And be-do-have exercise as a starting point.
Jeez I'd have been stoked to get a $20-30k bonus when I worked on a job! £500 was the max you could hope for in my organization.
That's what I was thinking, lol. As a public servant, we don't get bonuses.
@kmacgregor6361 I was a public servant too. We'll get our reward in Heaven, mate!
Seriously. Colleagues have been at my job for 10 years and haven’t seen a $1 raise. Love healthcare jobs!
For real her bonus is as much as I make in a year 💀
The message about cultivating a good relationship with yourself - cutting out toxic relationships, working on mindset etc - is so important and I'm glad you mentioned it at the end! If you haven't got a good relationship with yourself you're never going to become that rich person with a rich life.

I am so happy you back to doing regular finance videos . The way you explain things is defenitely a gift. Great video!
I agree with what you’ve shared about school. I wish I would have immediately just started a businesses. Instead I got a degree in entrepreneurship and feel like I absolutely shot myself in the foot. What successful entrepreneur has a degree in entrepreneurship. 😅
💀💀💀
Haha your not alone! I got a degree in business management which I still owe $29k in . I work in the financial services industry and don’t use one bit of it. Trying to set myself up to retire early.

I just would like to know does anyone know how to meet a millionaire? Like this is a genuine question
Dating app milionaire match 😅
@@theatticofmagic nah. i know 30 households- only a handful are low to mid 6 figs, some in mid 50k, rest are low income and no million.
I met many when I drove for Uber in wealthy areas but I do live in one of the wealthiest areas in the US
Which country do you live in?
That's impressive ! I could really use the expertise of one of these advisors. Any chance you could recommend one?
REBECCA NASSAR DUNNE is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Equity Services inc. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I just checked her out on google and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.
Just try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.
Your single best video ever!!! Way to tell it like it is!! This video is going to help many people!! Thanks Rose
for those who want to go deeper into the rabbit hole, 'The Hidden Truths Of Wealth by Oliver Mercer'
not slick
I love this new video format! It’s like her old videos from 3-4 years ago but with some tight new editing and lighting. Gets me pumped to boost my income and make some MOOLAH 🎉
Agreeed
You were working for Wall Street, it helps a lot
Seems like finance university wasn’t so useless
You gain’s knowledge
Then you learned how it works in the real world
Then you applied for you
Rose! i’ve followed you for a few years, and i find what you said in this video piercing!
The very first time we tried, we invested $1400 and after a week, we received $5230. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
thank youuuuuuuu!! I'm so freaking inspired by your speech... we all can DO IT.
To be yourself and be confident in it don’t let other’s mistakes compromise yourself.
this is what i have been looking for for such long time and you are here that it is possible , bless you
Thank you for this. I am currently on the entrepreneur path and what you mentioned about the inner struggle spoke LOUD to me. It made me feel seen.
I have seen a lot of these videos, but your's felt the most realest EVER!! Immediately subscribed!
great ethos in this vid. i jumped on the rose han train a while ago, love your content. i have started moving towards all my major goals, its going well.
Loved the first topic about people wanting to want it for themselves first. Most the people around me don’t have that sense so these videos are a nice community 🙏
This is the best video I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. So efficient, organized, helpful, and positive ❤
Love you are being so real about the difficult times. Great video, thanks!
$20k-$30k bonus!? That’s really great
Definitely great if you're starting out!
On Wall Street you get $200k bonuses in your 20s, so she’s probably comparing to that.
@@The.Harsh.Truths 200K Bounses??? Then how much is the salary?? 20k is like a third of my income!
@@nadeenana base is usually $150k to $200k. Wall Street is a bonus heavy industry.
19:45 minutes of PURE GOLD 👏
This is so good . Thank you for propelling me into my entrepreneurial journey ❤ - a 25 year old ambitious but lost woman
Wow! I just returned from my gap year with a strong drive to attain financial freedom. I def learned the importance of money, and now that I'm starting college this year, I get this video recommended to me
I'm always taking notes, thank you so much, Rose! 🥰
Ditto:D
This is probably one of the best videos I’ve seen on TH-cam. Amazing job
Small problem, I turn 35 in 6 months lmao
😂😂😂😂
3 years for me😂
next month😅
In few days 😂
😂
This video is great. Thank you
It will be good to have a job that you are good at or a job that you really love, as well as receiving a passive income
i've been getting slightly below average performance reviews at my corporate job just because i started to put boundaries and don't work more than i'm paid to and that's been my final straw. this ain't it and i need to find an out for and achieve financial independence.
oh, friend you are intelligent! college educated and a former WallStreet employee that alone was a win!

I am falling in Love not only with your Videos, but with the way you think, speak & share your Amazing content with the entire World.
What a Woman you really are!
A Dream Woman, indeed 💐💞🌹🎯🍀
I love that you used the Ikagi chart for figuring out what business idea to do! I swear by this!
You gained a new sub & like btw.. this was so informative, easy for my ADHD self to watch through and through, and helpful. Thank you!
I’m 3 quarters of the way there at 35.. but have the goal to be there by 40. Better later than never :)
Born and raised in Ecuador, did not come from money.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
Simple and straight to the point! Thank you!!❤❤❤ new subscriber!!!
Thank you, I really needed this today. Kickstarting a small business and self-doubt and procrastination (due to fear of loss) can really overwhelm me and slow things down. This video was very motivating... thank you!!
Thanks for sharing ❤We really need to work hard on ourselves than to our job.! I love meditating. Always seek wisdom, money will follow❤❤❤
This came up on my feed at the perfect timing! ❤😊I love success stories like yours! I have my own business and my money works for me. It is the greatest freedom! Thanks for sharing your story. It's very inspiring! God Bless
Rose I have been following you for years. Your videos have always been so helpful 👏🏻👏🏻
So many golden nuggets of wisdom in a 20 minute video
The goal is to be rich and financially free. Thanks for sharing this. ✨
Thank you! ❤
What would you do if you wanted to be a millionaire by 35, but are 37 and not a millionaire? That's the question I'm asking. :D Love from Korea.
Be a millionaire at 40 😊
Thanks for being so transparent about your own journey! It helps.
I'm late to the investor games, but it's been a blast once I started! If only I could find more people interested in joining me in this endeavor haha
girl, this is gold. thank you for sharing your journey
Thank you. I really needed to see this at this point in my life.
This is the best video on how to get rich out of all the others. Thank you for all this value ❤
Your journey from deep debt to financial freedom is incredibly inspiring! 🌟 Emphasizing the importance of self-education and surrounding yourself with the right people highlights how crucial these elements are to breaking traditional employment molds and achieving true financial independence.
Thank you for this awesome video. I learned a lot and made me more excited and inspired. 🥰👍
You’re a blessing girl!
How much do I have to invest to actually make some money? I just started and it seems like if I don’t have 10k it doesn’t make any sense? Help 🙏
Such a great video! Thanks for that, best of luck to you!
I just had to follow you. This is one of the best information I’ve gotten. Thank you!
Secret Pathway To Triumph is so unique. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard about it sooner. It’s amazing how life-changing this can be.
love to see your growth girl!! very inspiring.
Hi Rose! First video watched here, I'm recently starting a tutoring business on my own after working 7 years for my ex-boss! All of the contents in this video are super helpful! Things are going great and I wish the same to you and to everyone!
Great video! I really enjoyed watching this and I shared it with my oldest kids who are in their 20s!
I love these type of videos. Gives me hope to keep going!
