- Retired FBI agent Oscar Jimenez told jurors that he approached Donna Adelson on the street in Miami Beach, handed her an article about Dan Markel’s murder with “$5,000” written on it and pushed her to “take care of” his brother who was also involved.

Wendi’s life must be miserable & in Turmoil right now. Never knowing when her day will come when they arrest her. They may be preventing the boys from access to social media for now. There is so much information on the case out there, I believe they will find out the truth one day.

You never know Wendy just might get die in a DUI crash or maybe someone will mad at how she drives and get road rage. Then when she's dead she'll be sent to Hell be tortured and burn in hell for all eternity!! I don't believe God will forgive her and allow her in heaven because that is where Dan is. Dan loved his children and wendi had him killed because he loved them and the judge agreed that he loved his children very much and wouldn't be taking the children out of Dan's life as she hoped the judge would do. This case is so tragic and such a miscarriage of justice because of what happened with Wendi not going to prison for this murder she paid for and had her brother and Katie hire the hitmen to get it done. All the players in this case are guilty and they all deserve to pay with they're lives or at least get life in prison with no parole only leaving prison in small card board boxes dead. I pray for justice for Dan and his children I think Wendi should lose custody of the children and the children given to Dan's side of the family.

What we DON'T see is Donna displaying body language indicating she has no idea why she has been approached, no totally weirded out reaction which would be expected.
If someone approached me like this and I had no idea, my body language would show this.
I would literally chase the guy down and ask questions, my hands would be out, palms up, indicating my total confusion, I would probably stop walking in shock and think about what just happened and shake my head from side to side and look puzzled.
After her initial reaction, she doesn't even look at the piece of paper, places it in her bag and walks away. She doesn't look back at the guy, just walks straight ahead.
Oh I forgot, I would then CALL POLICE and request any CCTV footage from the area!

If you study the first time before anybody was thrown in jail it's quite interesting and it kind of leads right up to Mrs adelson getting her piece of paper she was shocked that's why she didn't do anything she didn't know who was watching her how that guy knew her who she was etc.
I wouldn’t even take the paper from someone I didn’t know. I would say no thanks because I’m thinking that they are soliciting me. If they said my name or the names of people in my family I would head right to the police if I legitimately had no idea what the heck he was talking about.

Who would know Dan's shedule or routine best but Wendi. Those hitmen would have needed that info to carry out the hit. Wendi is definitely involved
And for the safety of the two kids. She was the one that would know the best time to have the hit done and this would have to be when the kids were well out of harms

Isn’t it wonderful that so many talented, intelligent women are professionals working in the justice system? This is a major revolution. Fifty years ago, there would have been none. It was a man’s world. I would like to add that this trial is as high a profile trial as one could find.

Yes it is. When I started practicing law it was still a GOB world, the Good Ole Boys system. Women had to work three times as hard to get respect in this profession. Today, med school, law school, veterinary schools, and other professions are turning out predominantly women. I’m so so proud. Xo

That undercover was terrible, he came off like a cop and the way he handed her the papers like they were a subpoena... If they used a better actor, she would have sent the 5k incriminating herself.

“Don’t be scared” should have told her that this wasn’t a gang member. In fact, his entire speech told her that he wasn’t a gang member. Thank goodness Charlie was as cocky as he was, if he were humble, he might have gotten away with it.

I’m not sure why they did not talk with her longer. They could have asked her questions and she would have talked. Instead she called her son who knows more about these type of things.

Like others, I find her body language very revealing. As soon as he walks away, she folds the letter and tucks it in her purse. I would personally have told him “you have the wrong person sorry” and would not have taken the envelope and walked off. If he followed me, I would tell him “leave me alone or I’ll call the police” or have gone into a restaurant/store. If I did take the envelope, (which is unlikely if I had no idea what was in it or why I was given it), I would have opened it immediately and read it there because I would want to know “what in the world is this about?” If I didn’t understand it and had nothing to do with it, I would just tear it up and throw it in the nearest garbage, thinking it was sone type of delusional person saying nonsensical things in public. She quickly hid it in her purse like she was aware of the contents and wanted ti read it/discuss it in private. They would not even have taken the time to call the number on the letter if they did not know they could be in jeopardy. I think a jury will sense these things from the tape and actions they took.

There has been multiple travesties of justice in this dreadful case - for Wendi not to be charged for her obvious involvement, would be yet another one.

This case is the perfect example that illustrates the importance of hiring true professionals such as a hit man that knows they must do things such as use stolen cars for transportation in the job. A professional hit man is going to know that cars are now always caught on camera during most of its travel relevant to a crime. That these idiots got caught based on the most obvious issues facing anyone intending to commit a crime is proof that they are not pro hit men. If your hit man gets caught, it is a high chance that you will go down with them. There are fundamental questions that must be asked during an interview when hiring someone.

During the "Bump", the undercover agent did not sound convincing as a thug! First of all, he was too polite to Donna Adelson on the street. A real bad guy wouldn't tell Donna not to be scared. He just wouldn't care. Most of the time he sounded like a regular educated guy with no accent, then he exaggerates the accent while saying, "Tuto", " Tato.". It was so blantly unrealistic, corny and laughable.
Let’s call Wendi smart now . And yes she is a trained lawyer. She was in from conception of murdering her ex. However she made sure she didn’t use phones and emails in the plans, whilst her mother and brother did. She should and must be arrested soon. She’ll be proven guilty in court or she proves her innocence in court. Just arrest her now ..

@@2bcYT She didn't know the note was threatening when she accepted it. She even told her son that she thought it was a process server at first. As for why she took the note, maybe it was to get the guy to leave her alone. Indeed, the first thing out of her mouth was the guy scared her. And he did leave her alone after she took the paper.
It's hard to know how one would react in a situation like that even if innocent. Would you humor the person to get out of the situation, or would you risk provoking a bigger confrontation with a large, strange man? Nobody knows until it happens to them.
The point is, this video alone says nothing about guilt.

If she didn't know who Katie was or know her family had been taking care of Katie then there's no reason for DA to accept the note. She should have walked away. Then, CA messed up by calling the ph # on the note.
We don't visually see Sig Garcia fire the weapon at Dan but he did. In investigations, you don't always take only one piece of evidence to prove a crime but the entirety of the clues taken together and shaken down will show that the crime occurred and by whom.
