This case is the perfect example that illustrates the importance of hiring true professionals such as a hit man that knows they must do things such as use stolen cars for transportation in the job. A professional hit man is going to know that cars are now always caught on camera during most of its travel relevant to a crime. That these idiots got caught based on the most obvious issues facing anyone intending to commit a crime is proof that they are not pro hit men. If your hit man gets caught, it is a high chance that you will go down with them. There are fundamental questions that must be asked during an interview when hiring someone.
This undercover dude was so glaringly obvious, clown level undercover. That Adleson’s fell for such an obvious goofy decoy is sort of unbelievable, yet not really as this family (whomever the guilty parties ) sure were not equipped to do a hit and get away with it.
I would have gone straight to the police. However, this family are criminals and so full of themselves it’s disgusting! They all must be held accountable!
Donna Adelson is going to jail, her son Charlie is in jail - the father Harvey will change his will and leave everything to Wendi and her two sons - why? because son Charlie is either going to get life in prison or the death penalty - Donna is going to get a number of years of jail time -- as for the oldest son his mom and dad - Harvey and Donna do not approve of the oldest sons Indian wife and do not speak to him --- Wendi masterminded this to be the sole executor of her Dad's multi million dollar estate.
There has been multiple travesties of justice in this dreadful case - for Wendi not to be charged for her obvious involvement, would be yet another one.
During the "Bump", the undercover agent did not sound convincing as a thug! First of all, he was too polite to Donna Adelson on the street. A real bad guy wouldn't tell Donna not to be scared. When was she appearing to be perplexed? Before or After she placed the note in her purse? An innocent person would be outrageous by the approach of a stranger and certainly wouldn't accept a threatening note.
@@2bcYT She didn't know the note was threatening when she accepted it. She even told her son that she thought it was a process server at first. As for why she took the note, maybe it was to get the guy to leave her alone. Indeed, the first thing out of her mouth was the guy scared her. And he did leave her alone after she took the paper. It's hard to know how one would react in a situation like that even if innocent. Would you humor the person to get out of the situation, or would you risk provoking a bigger confrontation with a large, strange man? Nobody knows until it happens to them. The point is, this video alone says nothing about guilt.
@@nathanjamesbaker The FBI Agent tells DA that "we know that your family has been taking care of Katie..." If I did take the envelope, (which is unlikely if I had no idea what was in it or why I was given it), I would have opened it immediately and read it there because I would want to know “what in the world is this about?” If I didn’t understand it and had nothing to do with it, I would just tear it up and throw it in the nearest garbage, thinking it was sone type of delusional person saying nonsensical things in public. She quickly hid it in her purse like she was aware of the contents and wanted ti read it/discuss it in private. They would not even have taken the time to call the number on the letter if they did not know they could be in jeopardy. I think a jury will sense these things from the tape and actions they took.
It's amazing how stupid people are to throw there lives in the toilet so to speak over something so senseless!!
False: She immediately knew what it was because it had a big picture of Dan on that sheet of paper.
@@wildmercuryfilmsso is her defense saying she took it as a clue to help with investigation as to who really killed Dan??
Jesus, how did these people not know they were undercover agents? Real gangsters wouldn’t speak like this and especially wouldn’t say thank you 😂
The undercover 100% sounded like a cop
Lol he's supposed to sound like a Latin King? 😂😂😂
The defense attorney grasping at straws.
It's not grasping at straws read the federal rules of evidence they didn't have the exact copy of the note.. which is _hearsay_ and in most cases would not be admitted into evidence. The police bungled that
Exactly. You don’t remember exactly what was written did you? It’s like a phone number and a dollar amount! It’s not like some IKEA cabinet assembly instruction list
Problem with this being public is people know how to circumvent this situation.
Nothing Latin king pin about him goes to show how out of touch with reality Donna is.
All the lawyers sit in comfy chairs on rollers and Katie M is in a hard wooden chair. 😢
🎉🎉uf a person came up to u and said yhese people are being take n care of and this person is not. U werent involved u would say i have no idea what ur talking about. Donna didnt say that.
Goddamn- What's up with CrAzyFeEt Dugan??? 13:20 - That coffee must be HITTIN'! LOL
Nice podcast...Wendi is so snarky, deceptive and just outright lies that a jury will see thru her evasive remarks. Jeff is a gem...and will give the jury a real insight into the Adelson madness....
10:06 Donna's, I'm about to lose my sht moment. 😂
Oh my GOD!!!! I absolutely LOVE Native Americans. What tribe is his wife in? This is beautiful!! You’ve made my day!!!! Thank you
@@wildmercuryfilms From India not Native American Indian
There has been multiple travesties of justice in this dreadful case - for Wendi not to be charged for her obvious involvement, would be yet another one.
She already knew she didn’t look at immediately or anything plus I would had been taking a picture as he walked off
Donna is next and I'm 95 percent sure Wendi is involved...any thoughts?
if you can't tell that's a cop, then you're clueless. No Latin King talks like that.
Oh she is DONE OVER FINISHED👿!!!!
I would say I don’t understand I don’t speak English and just walk away lol
💀💀🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh Donna...oh donna...oh...donna...
I had a girl Donna was her name...
Since she was indicated I haven't been the same...
Lol
Trust no one ! Lol
During the "Bump", the undercover agent did not sound convincing as a thug! First of all, he was too polite to Donna Adelson on the street. A real bad guy wouldn't tell Donna not to be scared. He just wouldn't care. Most of the time he sounded like a regular educated guy with no accent, then he exaggerates the accent while saying, "Tuto", " Tato.". It was so blantly unrealistic, corny and laughable.
Poorly thought out bump. Wrong undercover chosen. No copy of document given to Donna kept. Plus could have left out a few details like mention of Kathy
Police can be very incompetent
It worked and got them talking
@4:52 did someone forget to turn off their microphone?? What do we think her lawyer was saying?? During the undercovers deposition did he say that he didn't remember what the paper said and now all of a sudden he does remember?? I'm guessing if I just waited and watch the video I'll find out but I'm impatient lol
no way she just accepts this guys letter and words if she's innocent. if she's innocent, no look of terror on her face and she's asking him a million questions. she doesn't just let him walk off. if she looks at the photo on the paper of dan markel she call the cops immediately since she knows dan was shot and killed and this guy may have info on the killer.
She seemed perplexed.
Yeah perplexed they were caught
@@nathanjamesbaker The FBI Agent tells DA that "we know that your family has been taking care of Katie..." If she didn't know who Katie was or know her family had been taking care of Katie then there's no reason for DA to accept the note. She should have walked away. Then, CA messed up by calling the ph # on the note.
We don't visually see Sig Garcia fire the weapon at Dan but he did. In investigations, you don't always take only one piece of evidence to prove a crime but the entirety of the clues taken together and shaken down will show that the crime occurred and by whom.
@@nathanjamesbaker I don't know how I would react but know one thing for certain. If I were an innocent person I would have hightailed it to the police station immediately. Pronto.
It's really interesting to see and hear The Defense Lawyers when they're Trying so Hard to Have their Clients To Take Them" OFF the HOOK." And the thing is ,they Can Sleep and Eat Properly knowing they're Defending the Perpetrators.
Very talented professional women
Let’s call Wendi smart now . And yes she is a trained lawyer. She was in from conception of murdering her ex. However she made sure she didn’t use phones and emails in the plans, whilst her mother and brother did. She should and must be arrested soon. She’ll be proven guilty in court or she proves her innocence in court. Just arrest her now ..
If some random guy walked up to me and made thise statements and Inwas innocent, Id be asking are some kind of crazy lunatic and what in the world are you talking about?
I wish we could see him especially since he won’t be on anymore stings since he is retired lol
9:26 - oops ouch...
which one of those fits best?
wow maybe
the dominoes start to fall right there...PS - as with Stephanie Lazarus, there is something about Donna having to rearrange her hair - fighting for mental composure and it's only getting to get worse from then on.
- oops: I shouldn't have done that so many years back
ouch: this company acts fast...
let me get out of there,
maybe to Vietnam of all places!
- as if Vietnam had not suffered enough from Americans on their soil...
gee whiz, Donna!

Jail the rest of your life = $5,000? Cheap.
Like Dave from X22 report always says it's the cover up that gets you.
That is an interesting angle re: Wendi's clothing, and never intending to reach the restaurant
His job has got to be very stressful.
🔥🔥😍
You can't hear her
Love everything you write and actually laughed out loud about the BELIEVE IT!!!
Even the ones with perfect teeth need something to smile about.
The way the two prosecutors stand erect in their heels gives me the horn!
🇺🇸 Message to our great prosecutors -- Georgia and Sarah. 😇 Please offer Katie, Garcia, and Charlie each - independent "sweet" plea-deals 🍰 to "fess up" and testify to the complete truth ! 🔥 Only the snake that bites first gets the deal. I believe It is well worth-it to get ALL the co-conspirators. 👺
Wendi, you must know at this point. They have you. What are the odds mom 100% sheltered you? It didn't happen. She was upset that you were so bad to Charlie. She was not careful, but careless. You are ALL going down, with the possibility exception of Harvey. Harvey seems as morally gross as you all, but perhaps he can die alone in the house and not in jail. What a family!
Kathrine should testify against wendi take them down with her . As wendi looked over at katrin 2 times when she was testifing at katrins trial. Never did wendi feel horribke that because of her katrin charlie and her mom and few other people are gonna get life?.
Where did this take place? Was it on South Pointe?
She must of pooped her diapers. She knew at that moment not to read it and get to the car. I herd she called wendi. They saw the phone records than. Alled charlie wich we here. They all need to turn on wendi. Charlies gonna get life Kathrine got life one of the others got life and the other on in the green car got 7 years cause he turned. They all need to turn on wendi cause she is the one that got all of them involved. She got so mad when the defense attorney said everyones here because of u.
Pant suit in court is unprofessional!!
I love the defense Atty LaCoste
You have really poor taste
I think she’s an arrogant unprofessuinal who convinced her client not to take a plea as she could win her case.
I also think it highly unprofessional to be paid by the Adelsons to represent a potential murder or of their sister’s children’s father.
If they would have kept it gone and waited for these arrest, they would of had the mother father and Wendie too, the arrest would of still been able to happen for Sigfredo and Katie, Luis was already in jail, there is no way they can go free, finish the job!
What!🤔
Is that the prosecutors sister next to her?
Don’t think so.
Please tell me your question is not solely based on the fact that they both have straight blonde hair 😩😩😩😩

Wouldn’t it have made sense to have an intimating guy do this. This guy was polite and had no Spanish accent. The bump was a good idea but poorly executed.
Exactly!!! Perfect comment!!!! It didn’t work, the investigation ended, and no one was ever arrested.
This is the worst bump o have ever seen. The fbi guy is so polite, he even tells her so nicely not to be scared. They blew it with this.
