How many of us has listened to this many times?
Yes, I keep having to listen to these undercover recordings over and over to determine 1. Who the calls are between (who is speaking to whom) 2. Then to listen for deception, key words, key phrases 3. To go back to the pictures to figure out Tato vs Tuto. 4. The undercover who picks up when Charlie calls days that Tato hasn't been taken care of the way Tuto and Katie have been. Therefore I've come to the conclusion RIGHT THERE that Tato had been working (cooperating) with the undercover agents making these calls that we are listening to here 5. Listening to Charlie and Katie talking back and forth to eachother and using key phrases knowing that the FEDS are onto them. They absolutely know that this is the FEDS w/wiretaps. 6. When Charlie tells his mom not to worry and states to her, "We know who this is" he means "FEDS" and his mom knows exactly what he means. I continue to listen and replay this to gather clues, including locations: Broward (County in FL) Yet... Charlie and Katie would know that they've all been paid for the murder of Dan Markel so why did they invest so much into this random number.
My BIG question: Were these calls placed before or after Tato and Tuto were arrested for the murder of Dan? Or are these calls way back in 2014-2015 prior to any arrests????

They should just be glad they didn't hurt anyone in my family. I'm not sure I'd be able to leave things to the legal system if that were the case.

I think her words were actually "you're saying too much now" which sounds even worse. "You're talking too much" sounds like typical ex-GF/BF talk... which is what she tried to play it off as. I think she was definitely trying to stop him saying any more, but other times I think it's Charlie stopping her from talking.

And if they had anything else, it would have been revealed here. Don't get me wrong. I am not saying she had no part in it. I am merely referring to the basis to charge her with anything. I learned as a young kid to go straight cuz what I did not realize was the mental torment that includes being worried that I might get caught. Just imagine the torment the Adelsons are going through knowing they face years in prison. People of their social class and standing are used to things going successfully because they are smart and can think things through. But even the best of us face not thought of unintended consequences. Dan Markel was a bright, hard working person and to take his life over a custody problem deserves the maximum punishment allowed by law. Proving up a case is often not easy. If even one Juror doesn’t get it the defendant wins.
What kind of people have no conscience; to kill an innocent man of such stature and achievement to take away his own kids. How dare him for wanting to keep the kids he raised and loved.

Dan Markel had a right to live out his natural lifespan. He was loved by his family and friends. This is a horrific crime that deserves the MAXIMUM penalty, and yes, I'm talking the death penalty for Charlie AND his viper of a mother. I believe Wendi knew all about it, too, but she won't be charged.

Funny how she made sure to tell the cops during her interview that her ex-boyfriend would be a suspect.

She's been in jail for years and away from the kids she says she loves; all she would have to do to get out and be with her kids is to tell the truth on the Adelson's, and yet she won't do it...As if out of 330 million people, her babu daddyjust so happened to kill her boss's brother in law. I think by Charlie dating Katie he realized that she has the street connections to make it happen. By her dating Garcia she gained some street smarts. Exactly; still amazing that Katie won't flip when they offered her immunity, especially since she has been away from her kids all this time. I guess she won't flip unless and until she is convicted. The money she is getting or promised and another possible hung jury must be more important than being with her kids since she's been in jail.
