The high school my mom worked at (thank god she recently retired) regularly has to lock down bathrooms, because the students were absolutely destroying them. Ripping soap dispensers off the walls, coating the floors with it (try cleaning up a floor caked in industrial grade hand soap), ripping the stall doors off, and defecating all over the floors. They would film this, and put it on TikTok.

All my father ever complained about was things he didn't understand but most people could grasp. Namely video games, computers and my lack of obsession with women my age. I feel like those things are understandable, for the most part. Cars were his computers, sports were his video games and as far as women go well, he married four times before he passed, he didn't pick the best mates so I never felt he was the best person to give advice of the opposite sex. I'm happily married now but his example in that regard was mostly what NOT to do in a relationship.
These teenagers though... I try but I cannot even see how this could be at all relevant.

When I was in highschool (00s) friends and I were building cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, whatever was fun and moved that we found at the salvage yard or the dump or frame up from scrap. I used the skills I learned there to start out machining and forging tools by hand along with making clothing and photography my other hobbies. Now I'm a tool maker on one side, make bespoke clothing (dresses, suits, leisure, cosplay, basically anything), and still build random death traps for fun out in the big shop that's got everything needed. These kids are going to have the skills needed to complain how it's unfair they get payed low wages as job slaves.

I remember this one time, they tried skimping us on the choco/strawberry milks during school lunch, so I raided the kitchen for a crate of them. We were drinking milkshakes like kings. Granted this was at a school that they send you to after you get kicked out of public school, and the alternative school.
This other time, our class had finished the entire days school work by lunch time, so the teachers where trying to figure out what to do with us (this was a school where they could body slam you, tackle you, throw you in isolation rooms, like if you started getting loud, or started brawling the teachers would start hooting and hollering on there walkie talkies or down the hallway, then every teacher, there were always 2 per class, would come storming out and jump you, then drag you off to iso rooms, were you might get your Ash beat depending etc).
We tried asking nicely if we could go outside and toss around the football. They weren't having it. So we organized a classroom breakout. The whole class stormed out of the room, half the kids went this way the other kids went the other way, (which triggered other classes to do the same, man it was a ship show of greatness) my buddies marcelles, Rico and I bolted up the stairwell and went to the gym to ask the gym teachers for a football. We told the gym teacher, yea we finished all our work teacher sent us here to get a football to go outside with. Swear, just as the teacher handed off the football the stairwell we had just busted out of, a parade of teachers came barreling threw screaming at the gym teacher not to give us the football. They mobilized the entire school faculty against us. We all ran outside anyways. Which was the meetup point. They couldn't beat and drag kids back into school in broad daylight. That woulda looked hella bad. So we won and got to stay outside until it was time to go home. Highschool was fun af.
