medium chain fatty acid is type of fat, availabel in coconut ... and its good source of fat ... so no need to hit headline like 'NO FAT'... good fat is very vital role of our body 😊

    • @healthfoodfitnessRavneetBhalla

Thanks. Being a health researcher myself, I do ample research into facts before sharing anything. Fat is integral to our cellular growth and regeneration. But it's not good for those with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer patients, those suffering from metabolic disorders and obesity. We cannot generalize things and make tall claims. I refrain from spreading false information. This coconut flour is good for one and all because it is plain fiber. As far as fat is concerned, you have multiple ways to include healthy fats in your diet. From the scientific point of view, MCFAs are oxidized by the liver. But those with diabetes fatty liver or metabolic disorder face issues even with medium-chain triglycerides, saturated fats. MCFAs have capric acid, undecenoic acid, and lauric acid that interact with GPR84 receptor. Recent research shows undecenoic acid exacerbates the inflammatory response via increased production of the pro-inflammatory cytokine linked to this. So, I tried to provide a solution for all, including those with metabolic or inflammatory issues.
