Trying to figure out his exact recipe and thought I'd share:
    2 Eggs
    2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
    A few drops Vanilla Extract
1/8 Tsp Baking Powder (he said 1/8 but it looked like a lot more, lol!)
    Pinch of Salt
    2 Tbsp Erythritol (sweetener optional)
Oil to coat pan (ie. Coconut or Olive)
Coat oil in a pan and heat over medium. Pour in batter and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook other side. Serve with butter (or Coconut Oil).

I'm going to use your recipe and make 6 pancakes. The second pancake is higher because the batter sat while you cooked the first one, so if you let the batter rest for 5 minutes after you mix it, it will rise alot more. Thank you, good video quick keto recipe.

No-nonsense, straight to the point, not trying hard. Loved, loved, loved your video! I didn't have to fast forward an introduction as you dove right in. Now I can make pancakes the keto way! Thank you!!!

Sooooooo! Grateful you didn’t give a “50” minute presentation!!! And only 2tbs coconut flower? Fantastic! I loved it also that you used a spatula and pull every little bit of the mix👏👏👏👏👏👏 like I would do. Thank you for the presentation.

You are simple in explaining and not pretentious. I have a lot of coconut flour and I just wanted to learn how to use it. We don´t have to be professionals to present a recipe. Thank you. Gracias. As far as toppings go, we all have our favorite--I always place my favorite fruits and nuts.

This is super yummy. I made it and it came out great. Great taste to. I used stevia instead of erythritol and 3 eggs instead of two because my eggs were very small ones. Thanks for this recipe

These are delicious but I did add some vanilla almond milk to thin out the batter because it was super thick. It looks like you use any a whoke tsp of baking powder so I used a 1/2 tsp. Super yummy! This is my new pancake recipe!

I just found this web site. I'm new to the keto diet (new life style), but I've already lost a considerable amount of weight and am feeling good! I could listen to him talk for hours! What a wonderful, soothing voice. Oh, and I'm going to make these for my grandson. He loves pancakes. I think that I will show my love for my family by baking and cooking healthier foods for them. This site will be invaluable to me. Bless you!!
