My 1/10 scale scratch build of a semi truck.

I decided to try and build a conventional style semi truck. I took a measuring tape and found a local truck to get the specs I needed. Made a scale drawing and this is what I ended up with.

What if I wanted to build a 1/5th scale truck? What's the biggest scale u can buy these parts at? I've built giant scale rc planes, using chainsaw engines etc. I wanna do cars and trucks the same way but idk about transmissions, differentials, and engines. Where is a good resource for giant scale rc trucks? I'd love to build one big enuff to haul me on the flat bed as a fake corpse for Halloween
