- How to make an RC Truck Chassis from Aluminum. I use aluminum "U" (bottom rail of the Glass Showcase door) as the main material, so as to produce a strong and lightweight Chassis Truck. size of this Truck Chassis Length: 60cm, Width: 8cm. i am using 2.5mm Bolt, 2cm long. for leaf springs I use a chainsaw starter spring. and it works fine. so that this Chassis Truck can be "Oleng".

I make my own RC hotrods from scrap aluminum... the one trick I found clever was supergluing the parts to make drilling easier... I usually drill one part and mark the next through the holes and drill again...

Built most of that out of SCRAP METAL! It’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can not get over how it’s junk scrap laying around except the axles and shocks, it looks like a HIGH END TRUCK FRAME YOU WOULD SHELL OUT ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
