Just so you know the white pen is actually from a really popular japanese art brand. Its pronounced "ku-re-ta-ke" and they're famous for their massive watercolour palletes.
My dad is an engineer and he said those tiny mechanical pencils reminded him of the ones his Japanese colleagues would clip into their chest pocket to have on hand. He said mechanical pencils are preferred by engineers and they're the perfect size for a smaller easily accessible pocket!

Ravenclaw's colors... well, they're bronze and blue in the books, but navy and silver in the movies. It turns out that bronze is a difficult color to film. Just sayin', not hatin'.

About the small pencil: This is definitely not the reason why it's so popular, but personally as a neurodivergent (which in my case is ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder - ASD for short), I have a special interest for small objects. This includes utensils (spoons, forks, etc.), stationery (highlighters, pens, etc.) and art supplies (paint tubes, pastels, etc.) as well. Sometimes I even collect tiny pebbles from the street! (Don't worry, I do clean them as soon as I have the chance.) These small items bring me stability and comfort, for reasons that I don't really have the words to explain. So, while it's probably not the reason for the tiny pencil to be so popular, it could be that other neurodivergent people feel a similar way about these small sized items.
same for my best friend's daughter who is neurodivergent. She's an artist as well and absolutely loves tiny art supplies. We went to Jerry's last week and I turned her on to the tiny Stonehenge sketchbooks(Legion minipads)

I deleted my account ages ago and still get them taking money from my bank for promotions. They banned me from liking following unfollowing commenting and writing on my own posts. I had an art page I was giving them money and still wasn’t enough. Very horrid app to be on. Shops on there are great tho. Lovely small businesses
I usually use the finest tipped white posca for all of my highlighting and mistake fixing needs. It works ok but it refuses to work sometimes and it's difficult to whiten bigger spaces and whatnot. I kinda want that pen you got now! Then again, I could always just get out a small bit of white paint and go about it that way.
The way she folded the tortilla was so "well yes, obviously." I've eaten tons of them with hot dogs, too. I'm white but I live in Texas so there's a lot of food influence. Thankfully. I love it and need that tortilla pencil holder in my life too! Leave it to Rae to make amazing art with meh markers.

I’ve been watching your videos since late 2019 and your videos made quarantine so much better for me, you’re my idol and you’re the person who has made me want to pursue a job that’s art related. I found my favorite brands of colored pencils and sketchbooks just from your channel, I wasn’t a great artist before but now I love drawing and draw every single day because of you! You’ve amazed me every single video Rae and I even started an art channel of my own (not this channel though) and even if you don’t see this message, (but if you do) I hope you know you changed me life and made me love realistic art and art as a whole.
I have the same set of Milo markers, they definitely need a blender, I feel like they could have taken out 1 of the greens for a blender. But, I went out and bought my own and it definitely helped with the streaking. Also, the brush nib frays kinda quickly and you lose the ability for precision and they don't have replacement nibs soooo another downside, but definitely okay for budget friendly alcohol markers.
I've used that plumchester sketchbook and I thought it worked great with basically everything except watercolor and masking fluid (no surprise). Also, I've had my eye on that white zig brush pen for awhile now, I'm so glad to see someone use it!
If it's already been said I apologize, but: The Milo markers have not only the exact same barrel/caps, but also the EXACT same colour name+number combination as my 60 set of Ohuhus. I know that there's been lots of barrel types for Ohuhu over the years and that most of the cheaper marker companies get their "shells" from the same/similar companies, but I wasn't expecting the colour names and numbers to be a match as well. Just a fun little surprise.

That tortilla and sausages looks like a Belizean lunch, 😆 🤣 Fun content, and I love the artwork. I get a kick out of watching others make good art with subpar art supplies, because my country has very poor selection of art supplies, and ordering from the USA costs a lot of shipping and handling. Plus half the markers I have bought here are already dried out, and most pencil and pencil crayons have broken cores. Most of our stores don't do refunds, because almost everything is cheap Chinese imports. So to see that you can still be a good artist, even if the supplies are garbage is encouraging, thanks for showing us, that it can be done. Love from Belize 🇧🇿 ❤

It maybe is to be used with a compass (the mathematical instrument) as normal mechanical pencil are to thick to be used with one ,like how they give one of these in geometry boxes
