The sponge thing has actually been around for a while. When I was a kid doing crafts in kindergarten, we were encouraged to put the paint on a paper plate and dip the sponge in. This works in the same way though.
I have recently found Rae's channel in 2023 while sick with covid. This one really made me laugh!!!! I am a graphic designer/ fine artist trying to get back into the field. Art jobs are scarce so I'm getting creative on my own again. Thanks again Rae for the encouragement. I just bought some Ohuhu markers and the 150 prismacolor set to start with. 🌝
I just gotta say that you're an amazingly good and entertaining art TH-camr and TH-camr in general. No crazy effects and over-editing, no clickbait, no bullcrap, just pure real stuff. Thanks for blessing this platform.
OMG, I was just thinking I don't want her to take it as back handed compliment that I like her make up because I can see that underneath she is pretty, but her make up is really nicely done and love the energy she has.

They are a regional/ cultural thing. I had never heard of them until i moved to texas from PA. They seem to be a mexican tradition. Way to much work for me to set up but fun as heck to do. The pre-bought ones she showed cheat a little with the tissue paper and the whole top of the egg gone. (which the hack may have worked better without that on them ) The ones i personally used had a smaller hole that that sealed up with tape or glue. Want to be really evil fill one with glitter. HA!
im wondering how channels from 5min craft even stay active...with their bs and how it hasnt gotten reported or something...while other channels do get banned etc for small things

OH my goodness they sell Cascarones in New Mexico??? We used to have to make those confetti filled eggs from real eggs when I was growing up!! Took forever to make them and only spent a few minutes throwing them at our neighbors on Easter!! (They made them too and threw them at us - it's a Mexican thing) This is how we celebrated Easter. We didn't get Easter baskets or bonnets or visits from the Easter Bunny. We threw confetti filled eggs at each other. Ahh that was the life.
I often remember them, they used to sell them outside our school during Easter and I remember we loved using them for April Fools day as well. They were so fun!
I live in south Texas and we get these at the store for Easter and Christmas. So much fun! I'm a gringo but grew up in a Spanish culture mecca. Love all the bright colors and festivities. 💗👩🏻🦰
A bunch of actually kind of good minimalist and abstract works came out of this one lol Also your sketch of your friend's face reminds me of those contour line drawing people do where it's all one continuous line and they never take their pen off the paper.

For the hydro dipping one... Just use spray paint and some kind of spray for it to attach to like a primer. You don't have to do just fruit, you can do anything lol
