I had a feeling that there might be some sponsorship or affiliate link, but for the amount of work and creativity you put into this, I was glad to see that I was right. It's a breath of fresh air to see someone promote or talk about a service like this and not shill the idea that you should use AI to do it. The fact that you used your own designs and even created new ones just for this is something I wish more people would do when making videos like this. Also, the cat mug is insanely cute, and I might get one for my partner.

Marketing and sales is three questions: 1.) Would you buy this thing? If the answer is yes, move onto question 2. 2.) Would someone else buy this thing? If the answer is yes, move onto question 3. 3.) You now know that there's people willing to buy the thing, are you willing to fight for the product and see it reach the market? This final step is absurdly important, because you have to believe that someone wants or needs the product you're selling. It's not conceptually hard. It's hard to execute because everyone somehow became an introvert overnight, and difficulties are to be avoided at all costs.

I’m 27 years and unemployed but deaf artist so I have to try doing my best by learning how to start my own business to sell my products and make manga books in the future. I have no right to give up and look forward to work on drawing the artworks and sell products and manga. 👍
Good luck, bro! You're already halfway there. Not many can do what you do. There's a huge market for manga style art. If you go for merchandise (since you already have a channel) or art commissions, you'll have enough money to self publish your own manga. Good luck with your goals!

Gonna be honest, i don’t have the popular view on pods but i think it’s great!👍 but i do definitely recommend that people see what works, build that popularity in POD and then evolve to sell your own! Even if that just means buying your most popularly selling items in bulk, and offering patrons signed versions or versions with goodies you provide on top! Even a monthly box subscription of the newest products you sell if you have smaller popular items you sell! Charms, keychains, stickers, pin buttons! Theres everything and more to print on demand and you could make more and save more buying them from a print company in bulk and simply selling them on your own shopfront😅 this is of course once you have the popularity and consistent sales! Investing like that is how you turn a better profit
